  • Thinking about life. Thinking that God is mighty to save. "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." - Romans 10:9
  • At this very moment I'm thinking about a great quote I came upon while reading "Streams in the Desert" this morning. "Great things are done when men and mountains meet" - William Blake I'm going to think about this all day, and I'm going to tell my mountains to be removed and thrown into the sea. It's going to happen. Photobucket

  • Christ in my place...

These things happened so that the scripture would be fulfilled. John 19:36

I saw that the kingdom must be interior before it can be exterior, that it is a kingdom of ideas, and not one of brute force; that His rule is over hearts, not over places; that His victories must be inward before they can be outward; that He seeks to control spirits rather than bodies; that no triumph could satisfy Him but a triumph that gains the heart; that in short, where God really reigns, the surrender must be the interior surrender of the convicted free men, and not merely the outward surrender of the conquered slave.

  • I want cool Robin back.
  • "If we have not quiet in our minds, outward comfort will do no more for us than a glass slipper on a gouty foot." -John Bunyan Photobucket
  • Thinking about this verse tonight... He is your praise and He is your God, who has done these great and awesome things for you which your eyes have seen. Deuteronomy 10:21
  • I'm thinking about our weekend camping and ways to make it better.
  • As usual, I have much on my mind, and they're all stressing me out.  Though my research project defense and the holidays are over, there is so much to do.  Actually, many things were delayed because of those things, and I still have much catching up to do.  I have to make revisions on my research paper, and there are parts I don't understand.  I e-mailed the research coordinator a few days ago, and I still haven't received a reply.  I have photos to organize as well.

There is also a long entry I need to post, but I haven't even gotten around to writing it.  Then I have comments dating back to August to reply to as well as fanfictions to read and review.  I am such a slacker.

Work and the daily routines are constantly on my mind.  There are also events and keeping track of birthdays.  I'll never get anything done.
  • I'm wondering what it must do to the morale of a 16 year old girl when her older sister and friend come to her high school,  pull a few strings to get the school's permission, pick her up, and take her out to lunch...just because they want to.
