I was trying to set up a new password because I forgot the old one since I have not use this account for years.

I did all the reset process and it seem my IP was banned??

Why is that? I need help to reactivate my account. I don't know why I was banned for.

Your IP address will get banned temporarily when you exceed the limit of failed login attempts. This ban is put in place to prevent someone from using automated programs to guess your password. It is lifted in an hour, or when a password is reset.
