Summary: There are no communities to browse
Original Request:
Url: https://www.livejournal.com/browse/
I'm searching for active communities on LJ. When I go to the browse page, there is nothing there. In particular, I'm trying to find out if there is a community called "friendzy". Someone mentioned it to me, and I'm not sure whether it's a community, a tag, or something else, so I wanted to search the communities see if it's there. But I can't browse at all.

Thank you for your inquiry.

https://www.livejournal.com/browse/ is a catalogue which allows you to browse through recent entries posted in communities and the communities which were submitted to the catalogue. To view and select topics and sub-topics please click on the list button located on the left. Please note that not all communities were submitted to catalogue and there may be more communities than are listed there.

You may wish to try other methods to search for a community which are listed at [https://www.livejournal.com/support/faq/85.html].

An account with friendzy username is purged, as you can see at https://friendzy.livejournal.com/profile. "Friendzy" as a term most likely refers to "friending frenzy" which is an act of befriending other users that can be done not only in communities but in personal journals too.
