Hi, I'm a user in this platform but for a time I haven't been able to conect due to work and stuff so today I tried to log in but it said that my account have been banned.

Please if you can explain what happened and how I can log in again.

If you are seeing an error "Your IP address is temporarily banned", it means that you have exceeded the limit of failed login attempts. This ban is put in place to prevent someone from using automated programs to guess your password. It is lifted in an hour, or when a password is reset.
