How do I change my email address?
You can change the email account associated with your journal at the Change Email Address page. After you change your email address, remember to validate your new address.
LiveJournal only allows password reset emails to be sent to the address currently listed on your account and any validated email address used on your account in the past six months. The Email Management page displays all your previous email addresses, sorted by age, so your original email address is first on the list.
You can remove previous email addresses once your current one has been validated for six months. If your current email address has not been validated and in use for at least six months, you may change your email address to one that is listed earlier. Once you do this, you can delete any email addresses listed after the first time you used that email address.
