kazzik — paperclips and satanypins. clearly.
sincelastjuly — We should make shopping carts with bombs and lazers that count your items and when you enter an express line with more than 10 items, the bomb is triggered and your cart explodes.
not_him_again — Fruit is one item, no matter how many types or peices of fruit. Tinned foods, any number, as long as it is in a tin. Frozen food, need I go on?
jiggery_pokery — Six-pack of beer = 1 item, so many six-packs of beer = 1 (many*six) pack = still 1 item. Oh, and it must be bunnies.
leiabelle — Many of the above, plus they don't think the cashiers notice. WELL WE DO! >:O (<-- rage of ex-cashier)
aphedas — Frustrated grammarians who think since it should be 'ten items or fewer,' it's quite alright to ignore it. - I'm not joking - someone said that to me once!
ringbark — They are protesting that it doesn't say "Ten items or fewer" ; also it's their only opportunity to experience "life in the fast lane"...
imc — "Fewer!"
alexandralynch — Thinking that a few more won't make that much difference... cause I've done it myself when I was in a rush.
demonas_rogue — Plain Stupid
