Am playing with art again, albeit reluctantly... xD; Since I now have a Gaian mentor to teach me the fine art of... well, art in general, I am feeling more confident and more eager to continue since I see myself making progress instead of just seeing myself fail from what I want to put on paper in comparison to what I really put on the paper... ^^; It's still frustrating, but I'm getting there and it pleases me <3
Anyhow, of course new styles of colouring should be celebrated with Ayame art. xD
I love playing with funky colours 8D;;;; And I really can't be arsed to clean this out so I have started a new sketch so maybe I will make that more clean, but for the mentor art I am working on a piece with Count D & Papa D (which everyone refers to as women. It is frustrating, but then again I have already dared to put the lipstick on so I can't really complain XD), so that will take more work since I have to be neat with that one @__@ I'll try working on speed drawing and more shades, I need the courage to make bolder shading and more colours 8D;
Also a plug: psoh_fqf - tons of themes for only Petshop of Horrors fic - I requested a drabble that said 'D slash... any D slash'. Oh dear wtf have I gotten myself into XD It's the artpiece I was working on that got me thinking omgomgomg!
I have also been plagued something horribly by Hatoyame bunnies. DAMMIT. Just when I thought I was over them 8D;;; *ULTIMATE FAIL FOR CLINGING TO IMAGINARY COUPLES*

Having coded/cut this all by myself makes me feel so smert. And look, I cut the layout in all sorts of small pieces just for better loading time. =D
I have some minor issues with it, such as:
-The background of the actual text is cut off, but if I enlarge it, the centre of the background goes all wonky and it won't align with the tables above it anymore.
- the iframe I mean to put to the sort-of-text-bubble next to Ayame. I haven't tried it yet, but lyntek told me it was possible. XD
-The low start of the text. I wanted to put text over the beginning of the actual border, but I can't figure out how to do it. XP;
-I wanted to make the flowers on the top keep going at the top till infinity, but I have -no- clue how to do such a thing, so I'm steering away from that. XP

And here's the Ayame layout I'm planning to make. I have not a single clue on how to code it (WTF?), but I pretty much adore it. XD Still contemplating whether to get rid of the left Ayame image so when you click on the links, the real links (such as links in, links out, layout info etc.) will pop up on the left.
...On the other hand, I really love that outfit on Ayame. I MEAN THE RUFFLES. XD
ANY OPINIONS PLEASE? Luckily, I did save the unmerged layers this time, so I can delete/change all I want. XD
That is all. Now to translate 2 weeks worth of Old English, make an assignment on Keats, etc etc. ToT DOOOM. Can you blame me for trying to shove it in advance?

I'm looking at the HTML whizzkids for this question (Ahahaha using my art journal for questions is so lame. Don't worry, I have plenty of plotbunnies... but alas, lack of time kills them, sadly. T_T)
