| Do you know who Mr Sellapan Ramanathan is?
Today I spent most of my time in camp working on my Maju Digest. It's gonna be a National Day issue, so I decided to put in some brief history of Singapore. And boy, am I ignorant about our country's affair. And I don't think I am alone in this.
Even my chief clerk who had a honorary dinner with Mr Sellapan Ramanathan do not know who he is!
Maybe the older generation will remember our forefathers who built this nation. And I do remember their names because I hear my parents or the TV mentioning their name.
Ong Teng Cheong Goh Chok Tong Lee Hsien Loong David Saul Marshall Zubir Said Wee Kim Wee Benjamin Henry Sheares Devan Nair
Have you heard about them too or knew what they did?

Went for a jog just now and it started to rain. It felt therapeutic to run in the drizzle, but not in a storm. LOL.
I felt like I was in a tragic love song MTV - running in the rain. HAHA.
I think too much.
Oh, and btw, Mr Sellapan Ramanathan is our current president. =)- I'm Feeling Feeling:good

| I passed my bike practical lesson 3.02 yesterday so I'm happy. I took the lesson at the unearthly hours of 2155 after my duty finished at 2100. The bike lesson ended at 2305, thank god I passed, if not I'll be so pissed! Haha.
Managed to book in regularly this week without MC but seriously lacking quality sleep. And work have been really busy of sorts. I feel like I'm back at Purple Sage again. Doing all sorts of random things like designing stuff (when I don't even REALLY like it), providing IT help (when I only learned openoffice ON THE JOB, unlike you people, REGULARS, who have been using it since god wore diapers and are supposed to be good at it?!), and all sorts of random stuff.
But it's good. Busy is good sometimes too. It makes you feel happy when you're wanted, important. I think that's part of human's primal urges - to be wanted, respected and useful. Just have to think about how much of it is really essential to a good life anyway.
And yes, it' FRIDAY tomorrow! OH WEEE! =D - I'm Feeling Feeling:happy

| Hey yeah.
I'm not dead (not yet!).
I think sometimes I do things that were suppose to make me happy, but end up making me very unhappy.
Like:
Taking MC and not booking in Eating fatty stuff when I'm not even hungry Postpone work that need to be done
and you get the drift. And I think I'm not alone.
A lot of people do things that we think will make us happy, only to end up unhappy about it.
I think it's whether we want to learn from it anot.
If you are going to keep doing the same shit, you are going to get the same shit. Period
I think I have to recognise what sort of action makes me unhappy. Sometimes it's hard to figure out what exactly, cause it's not that clear cut. Like why would taking MC makes me unhappy? But it does, in a way it does!
I think i just have to try and identify the pattern. And fight it.
So yeah. Motto to myself:
Focus. And get it done.
Procrastination. My achilles' heels. My biggest sin. My thorn in the flesh. My fish bone in my sliced fish soup.
Haha. On a lighter note.
I'M REALLY HAPPY!
Happy in spite of unhappy things. You should know why.
He he. alright. that's all. =P- I'm Feeling Feeling:cheerful
