R!OT INFORMATION
You MUST join riot_pickups to pick up your requests.
1.) You must credit to the maker using
this
format: "
Maker @ RIOT_designs" If you don't know how, go
HERE for the tutorial. If we find out
that you are not crediting our makers,
the first time will be a warning, but if you
continue to ignore the rules,
it's a ban. If we find out that you are stealing any of our
work,
you will be promptly banned.
2.) Using the request form is mandatory. There are no chances with this rule.
We will immediately delete your request if you do not fill out the form to the best of your ability. We want specific details - such answers as "whatever the regular
banner/background is" will not be accepted. If you don't know the size, please give us an
example of the size you want. Other items, like hex (color) codes can be found HERE. There is a limit of 3 graphics
per week.
3.) Do not, I repeat, do not contact the makers personally! These people work hard to make what you want, so do not hassle them.
Remember, they are spending their time and energy to make your requests for free.
4.) Cross posting is illegal! This means that
you are not allowed, under any circumstances, to post the exact same request in
another community. We will delete your request and warn you once. If this behavior
continues, we will not only delete your requests, we will ban you.
5.) You MUST comment in your pick-up entry at RIOTpickups after you receive your
graphic. Makers, you must use the format here
after you finish someone's request.
6.) You will need permission before posting other people's graphics - this includes
examples in your requests! This is against LiveJournal's Terms of Service. If you
need to show any graphics, just use a link. If you use an example, you must add
"Credit: (The original maker)" somewhere in the request.
7.) We will NOT tolerate any drama. We are not a babysitting service. If you
have an issue with a member, please discuss it with them outside the community. If you have an issue with a maker,
report the problem to a moderator as soon as possible.
8.) Save everything to your own server because we will be deleting it off our servers
within a week or two. More importantly, you will be using someone else's
bandwidth.
9.) You may not promote your community here without a
moderator's permission. If you do, you're asking for an immediate ban.
10.) Please be sure of what you want. Don't ask any of the mods/makers to
redo your requests unless they are the ones who messed up/forgot something. No one has time to fix something that you
screwed up or forgot.
11.) We have the right to ban you for any reason, including, but not all inclusive:
stupidity, retardedness, being a dumbass, etc. You know the drill.
