Slim's San Francisco concert overview [July 07, 2006 @ 6:56am] [ mood | sore, but still exhilarated ] Some of you may have read my overview for the Anaheim HoB show, and I mentioned at the end that I'd do one for Slim's. Right after the show, I made a voicepost about my experience. It was emotional and fangirly. So here is my more serious one. Let me give a big thanks to dream_berry and her husband--they kept track of the show and wrote it all down. I couldn't have remembered all of this; thanks so much to them. At HoB, I stood in the very back, out of the fray--I had no choice. At Slim's, I started in the middle and was carried along violently to the front. I didn't want people shoving in front of me, of course, so in blocking their move forward, I just got moved along with them. And it hurt. So my experience was intense, to say the least.
