Apologies for not getting this up yesterday, but I was so tired last night I slept for about 10 hours.

So! Here is my little write up of the concert. Paul @ Electric Proms 2007 )

Baaaaaack! From Yet Another Green Wing Signing. And once again it was AWESOME. I am so tired I could die but before I do so, here is a very long-winded rundown of the day! Also some stuff about the disc of extras in the new GW boxset, which I guess is spoilery if you haven't seen it yet).

tl;dr version: EEEEE TAMSIN AND JULIAN. \o/

GW Definitive Edition Boxset Signing )

Oh, BTW, Sunday I did Beatley things and had a skincare consultation (oo-er!), but that can wait for another post.

To conclude: SQUEEEEEE! :D

It's now a week since I arrived in London for the wonderful GW convention, and I've finally got around to posting the write-up. Better late than never. :)

Quite a few of the pictures within are from members of the committee and the Wingin' It forums. All of their images can be seen in the communal Photobucket here. Huge thanks to all. :)

My photos and videos are in their own Photobucket here.

So without further ado...

Hey all! I'm back from the GW signing. Well, 'back' isn't quite accurate, as I'm at a hotel at the airport in London, but still. Travelling home tomorrow morning, and straight to work, literally straight from the airport. THE THINGS I DO FOR YOU, GREEN WING.

So, without further ado, here is my signing report and pics!

'...Better than your face.' )

PPS: Here is the write-up of the last signing in October, for any that weren't around on the flist then.

Squeeeeeeee. I am back from the Green Wing signing, which was ALL KINDS OF AWESOME.

So here's my sort-of report - no photos I'm afraid, because the security were being arsey. :( But OH WELL, it is all BURNT INTO MY MIND. \o/

Green Wing DVD Signing )

I'm now back at the hotel and must be off to bed soon, as have to be up early tomorrow for dressing/packing-->breakfast-->shuttle-->flight-->taxi-->full day of work wtf.

General - CAPSLOCK DOES NOT EXPRESS
First off, have any of youse added me to your MSN? I don't mind at all, in fact am quite flattered, it's just I don't recognise either of the names or e-mail addresses. Come forth, mysterious strangers!

Secondly: SQUEEEEEEEEEE.

My signed Green Wing DVD wot the lovely [info]hullfire and friend procured for me arrived today (and on a bank holiday too - could this be the best day ever?), and I proceeded to bounce off the walls with excitement, ring up Sam (newest convertee to the wonders of Green Wing) and squeal at him (he didn't know a) who I was or b) what I was talking about for quite a while) and then eat a celebratory ice lolly (yes, I did go to the shop).

It is wondrous and gorgeous and I love it OH. (The DVD, that is, not the ice lolly, though that was very nice too.) And, it's pretty much the cutest thing ever.

Brief backstory for those that are new to the flist (which is, I think, two of you, but anyway) - in short, Stephen Mangan, Julian Rhind-Tutt and Oliver Chris from Green Wing did a DVD signing in London last week, and I was unable to go, being a) resident in Jersey and b) not made of money. But then [info]hullfire offered to get one signed for me as she was going! Cue much bowing and scraping and setting up of a small shrine from me, of course.

Having had things signed by celebs at conventions and the like before I know that sometimes it can be a very rushed process and you're lucky if you get your things personalised - especially if you're not actually there lol. So, you can imagine how chuffed to bits I was when this arrived. )

Anyway. It's another bank holiday! And Sam texted earlier saying it was a lovely day and we should go have a cuppa at a beach cafe or something, and I was all "wtf? first off it is quite grey out albeit warm, and also I have Things To Do,' but then I decided nah, fuck it, it's a bank holiday, I have to go back to work and sensible things tomorrow so I thought I will go. Haven't been out of the house in a couple of days except to go to the shop so it's probably a very good thing anyway. And since then, the sky has gone bright blue and the sun has come out, so - there you go. :D

And to top it all, I am listening to the Beatles in my sunny lounge, very loudly, and it is joyous.

*twirls you all*
