I'll say wooing women definitely is not my strong suit. Not that I care.

I Am A: Lawful Neutral Elf Wizard (2nd Level)

Ability Scores:

Strength-7

Dexterity-10

Constitution-10

Intelligence-19

Wisdom-17

Charisma-14

Alignment:
Lawful Neutral A lawful neutral character acts as law, tradition, or a personal code directs him. Order and organization are paramount to him. He may believe in personal order and live by a code or standard, or he may believe in order for all and favor a strong, organized government. Lawful neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you are reliable and honorable without being a zealot. However, lawful neutral can be a dangerous alignment because it seeks to eliminate all freedom, choice, and diversity in society.

Race:
Elves are known for their poetry, song, and magical arts, but when danger threatens they show great skill with weapons and strategy. Elves can live to be over 700 years old and, by human standards, are slow to make friends and enemies, and even slower to forget them. Elves are slim and stand 4.5 to 5.5 feet tall. They have no facial or body hair, prefer comfortable clothes, and possess unearthly grace. Many others races find them hauntingly beautiful.

Class:
Wizards are arcane spellcasters who depend on intensive study to create their magic. To wizards, magic is not a talent but a difficult, rewarding art. When they are prepared for battle, wizards can use their spells to devastating effect. When caught by surprise, they are vulnerable. The wizard's strength is her spells, everything else is secondary. She learns new spells as she experiments and grows in experience, and she can also learn them from other wizards. In addition, over time a wizard learns to manipulate her spells so they go farther, work better, or are improved in some other way. A wizard can call a familiar- a small, magical, animal companion that serves her. With a high Intelligence, wizards are capable of casting very high levels of spells.

Furthermore, I do believe that this semester is over in approximately 12 hours.

So, I had a dream last night that I was with my family on my dad's side, presumably for some holiday event. Everyone was in the dining room talking, and I was in the adjacent room with my sister watching TV or something. Out of no where my cousin started gay bashing with my uncle's (which is odd because she's not anti-gay, although she is a right-wing tool around my uncles). I went in and started bashing Christianity, which, while I feel it deserves bashing, had no effect on my uncles or cousin, and greatly upset my aunt who wasn't saying anything negative to/about me at all.

It does amaze me, though, that my uncle's, one in particular, simply does not believe that I'm gay. And furthermore, he thinks that he can change my mind. He sent me a birthday card (2 weeks late: after I sent him a postcard from my trip to Italy) which included a short letter which basically said get married and have sons so you can carry on the Witman family. You know what? He's right. I'm going to go start banging chicks right now. The most absurd part of this is that he doesn't have any kids of his own, not even girls. Who the hell does he think he is telling me that I can't live the kind of life I want because I'm the only one to carry on the family?

I had nearly forgotten, when I went up north 2 weeks ago, my dad, uncle, and aunt were all got super drunk, as was the neighbor who came over (he was already quite drunk, and he proceeded to drink more while there). My aunt told the neighbor about my trip to Italy. He asked me a couple things about it, and then asked if I got laid while I was there. I told him no, and he was in complete disbelief that I didn't find a hot Italian woman who interested me. Ugh. But he didn't know me, and that's the first assumption, and whatever. Then my uncle (different uncle than the one who wrote the letter) said something being the only one who could carry on the family name. Then my dad said something that made me laugh a lot. He told me that I needed to fuck 3 chicks (the implication was to get them pregnant). Of course, they were all really drunk and it was really dark, so I didn't exactly feel safe about ranting to them about how I'm not straight.

I didn't intend for this entry to get this long.

After the aforementioned dream, I had a dream about markers.

Oh yeah! That's why I stopped posting in here. Because no one commented me ever.

So yeah, I went to my grandma's on the afternoon of the Fourth of July. We had a nice time, and dinner was delicious :) On the way home, my dad dropped me off at my friend Katy's house so we could drive to Aimee's party together. Aimee really does live in the middle of nowhere. There were a good deal of people there, but not as many as I was expecting. It was good that we went, though, because most of the people there were either her sister's friends, her brother's friends, or her boyfriend's friends. We had a good time, until Aimee got really drunk and had to be tended to. As much as I love Aimee, as soon as that happened I just wanted to leave.

School is going well, I guess. I'm ready for it to be over. We have another test next Thursday, which is insane. Then the final 2 weeks later.

I finally moved my computer into my bedroom and am using my sweet new monitor. I had to go in the crawlspace and run the ethernet cable from room to room. That was a blast, let me tell you. As soon as I was done, I RAN to the shower, lol. But it's all done and beautiful now. It sure makes my room a lot warmer, though. It's ok, though. That's what air conditioning and fans are for.

Well, I think I'm going to read a bit and then go to bed. Good night :)

My Story is Much Too Sad to be Told
So, it has been an incredibly long time since I've posted anything here. Let alone anything worthwhile.

So yeah, it's summer. A lot has happened in the last few months. I finished the spring semester on a surprisingly upbeat note. I managed to squeeze an A- out of my design studio, despite the fact that Gretchen hates me and had my grade pre-determined. I'm a little nervous about going into IDS3. Gretchen never had us build real models. Hopefully that won't put me at too much of a disadvantage.

I'm not seeing Jeff any more. His getting a boyfriend kind of put a damper on that. I was really upset about it... for a few hours... We had great fun together, but it was definitely time to move on. About 2 weeks after that, Jeff and I went to Italy together! Whoo! I think we were both really worried about how awkward it might be, but that was hardly an issue. I had an incredible time, and can't wait to return. I've posted lots of pictures on MySpace and Facebook for everyone to look at. Alternatively, you can call me up, and I'll show you the grand slideshow of ALL of my pictures (and trust me, it will take forever).

I went up to my uncle's for the weekend a bit ago. The first day I was there, all I could think was, "God, why the hell did I decide to come up here?" I actually somehow managed to have a good time. One more day up there, though, and I would have been miserable. I got a pretty bad sunburn on my arms one day. It's still quite red. I definitely expected it to fade into a tan by now.

I haven't seen my grandma in a while, which makes me sad. We're going over to her house tomorrow for the Fourth of July. It kind of sucks, though, because Aimee invited me to a big party she's having. I definitely want to go, but grandma comes first :-p

I'm taking Structures 1 this summer. It's one of those classes that everyone fears taking, and has a reputation for being the toughest class you'll have to take. We've had two tests so far, and the average on the tests has been around 50%. I won't brag about my grades :-p A lot of the class really isn't trying. It's really frustrating for my friend, Katy, I know, though, because she really is trying but it's just difficult for her. And to see people who hardly try (myself included) doing much better than her isn't the best self-esteem booster.

I went shopping today and spent way too much money on stuff I don't need. This includes a shirt and 2 pairs of jeans at Macy's and a 19" widescreen monitor. They were all totally impulse buys, especially the monitor. Hey, it was $50 off the regular price!

Oh, that reminds me. I've been (slowly) cleaning and reorganizing my room over the past few weeks. I moved everything out, and did a lot of vacuuming and dusting. I got a new mattress because mine was freaking old. The room is nearly complete, and is really looking nice. Once I can run a computer wire from the back room to my bedroom, I'll be moving my computer into my bedroom, which is going to be really nice. I get along with my sister pretty well, but that room that our computers are in now is just way too small for 2 people.

Let's see, what else can I ramble about in the stream-of-consciousness style that is this entry? I'm sure there is more, but I think I'll save it for another entry. I'm going to try to fall asleep now. Good night!
