So after much persuading and poking from a couple of friends (and since I'm thoroughly bored without anything to do), I decided to update this ancient fossil.
A lot has changed over the past half year or so, nothing worth going into much detail about, but stuff has happened, and I'm much more ragged and worse for wear.
Anyhow, here's the main beef of this little update:

Hiya!
It's been a while hasn't it?
Well today announces yet another life altering change. I'm going to completely re-create Forever's Realm (now that my XHTML/Javascript/CSS course is over). Let's hope I have it done by my birthday (sept 17th for all you nice peeps out there).
Another major announcement. I've finally started to get bored of D2 so much that I'm only playing a few minutes every day now. Woohoo, break evil blizzard's hold =D.
And finally the last major announcement. Darien 'Lucifer' Vankairis Chapters 2-4 are almost done (just have to type them up now); and I've decided to keep CotS on hiatus until I've got writer's block for DLV or until DLV is finished (whichever's sooner =D).
Eh, hopefully I'll update with my top 10 anime sometime. |

Whoa, its been another large period of time in which I failed to update. Today's update is rather short and concise. After hours of sitting at a lab doing nothing, I finally decided....I'm back on the writing track. So I'll be working on elfwood stuff like crazy =).
Other than that, I've gotta say Naruto is one of the best anime ever =). |

It's been a while since my last true post; needless to say, those few that actually watch for this page to get updated will be thoroughly disappointed.
So rather than complaining about my life as everyone else does on Livejournal; I've decided to write a little about where I plan on going with 'Clash of the Swords'. Sooo without further ado, I present you with a basic outline of the story:
Winterblaze, the main character is shunned by pretty much everyone in his village. He's an orphan whose parents disappeared/died when he was young. He does pretty much all of the labor work for the shaman of the village and is repaid by having a place to live and meager scraps of discarded stuff.
Anyhow, as it turns out, on the night of the village chief's son's birth, Winterblaze recieves an announcement which accepts him into the School of Dargon.
The School of Dargon is a mage school within the forest of the Raven (the village is located near the forest). Dargon was an extremely powerful mage that decided to give up his path of destruction and teach people how to use mage abilities for positive purposes. Unfortunately, by the time of Winterblaze's acceptance into the school, the place had become an extremely violent school.
Upon hearing this, winterblaze is taken aback and ends up leaving the village to scrounge for herbs which relieve his cough.
While he is gone, raiders attack the village and burn it to the ground, but not before the shaman gives up his life to buy time for the villagers to escape over a rickety bridge.
Winterblaze is left with no choice, but to go to the trecherous school.
Mere weeks after this happens, Starice's elven village is attacked and destroyed, the only two survivors that she knows of are herself and a deformed mage by the name of Firestar.

Winterblaze gets picked on by Tyran and his friends (sixth year students) at the school. They're about to whip him into shape (literally), when the principal takes Winterblaze to his office.
As it turns out, Winterblaze is sealed with one of the ten elements that make up the true power of the world. If any one person were to capture all ten elements by killing each of these people, he could potentially take over the world. The principal, thinking that it's best to kill Winterblaze. tries to kill him. The principal fails and Winterblaze ends up destroying the school with all that element energy that's released. He flies off into the distance and meets up with Starice.

It's been a while.

So it's been a while. Truth be told, I got bored of livejournal (what with my lazineess and my lack of will to actually get involved with the 'boards').
Anyway, it appears that my floppy drive magically killed itself once again (just like with my old computer.... wow). Hopefully if my brother re-installs windows sometime next weekend, it'll work again.
For the time being, I'm stuck with this as my most convenient forum via which to transfer text from school to home and vise-versa.
So some extra happy joy for those of you who are interested in 'Darien Lucifer Vankairis', or 'Clash of the Swords'. My current junk and gibbing stuff that I plan on working on in the future:

So after taking a week off, I hate absolutely nothing to say.
I watched Hellsing, Read or Die, Ebichu, and part of Prince of Tennis over the past week. Hellsing has one major flaw, the main character is almost invincible. Anyway, a mistake that I noticed that they made was that the series constantly states that vampires can't walk around during the day, yet Victoria does it all the time.
Read or Die is perhaps the best short series ever; if it were a movie, it'd definately be on my top ten list. Loved the action and whatnot. Ebichu was cool, but a little perverse for my liking. Ebichu the hamster!!! (*runs off like a maniac*). (*runs back like a fool*). Prince of Tennis is just as good as ever; I've only watched about 10 episodes, but I gotta say that there is something about it that makes me like it. There isn't anything special about the series (just a virtually unbeatable tennis player, but that's nothing major). |

Yes, it is a half day people. Not sure what I'm gonna do with the spare time (prolly watch some anime or other).
Bored out of my mind here. Working on 'Darien L. Vankairis', it's actually fairly difficult for me to write, but I'll survive. |

Anyway, GTO is funny as heck (prolly my fave anime of all time now); unfortunately, Iron Monkey sucked. The animation from the former is great whereas everything about the latter was just bad.
Hero is still impossible to get. I could cough up $15 for the official VCD, but what's the point in doing that. The official DVD is going for $46+........ |
