  • Well my new latest book find is The Secret History of the Pink Carnation. Its actually a form of chic lit, but it reads like a romance. Which happen to be my favorite reads, but I think that's because they're just so easy to read. No messing around with philosophy and getting too much involved with characters, I just need the basics thank you. Oh and I like to say thanks to Sarah DK, who had recommended this book 2 years ago and I never got around to reading it. So thank you Sarah, it was a great read!

  • My favourites literally change with every new thing that comes up, so I'll just list my current favourites at the moment. I can't promise that they'll last until next month though, or even next week. Oh well, I'll just list them down now. Favourite Book: "The Historian" by Elizabeth Kostova. A wonderful read, especially when it comes to descriptions of far off places. Though I can understand why people would be bored with this book because it does seem rather long winded, I still find a lot of feeling within it, so that I'm literally hooked to see what happens next. I've never read a book in which I liked every single part of it before, so this is the first. Favourite Movie: At the moment, it'll probably be "Enchanted". I recently watched it with a friend the other day, and to tell the truth, I was sceptical about it at first. I normally am not interested in fairy tales, but this one was interesting because it relates to real life. It teaches people how to be optimistic about life and to really work towards a happily ever after, which is why I feel that it holds it's relevance today. Favourite CD: Probably "Minutes to Midnight" by Linkin Park. At first, I was disappointed because it was so different from what I expected, but the CD kind of grows on you. Particular favourites would be "Given up", "Bleed it Out", "What I've Done" (This one still holds sentimental value because God used this song to speak to me) and "Leave out all the rest". Quite a lot of good songs. Of course, this CD also has a song that I really dislike as well, so I bet I won't be listening to it. For some reason, my brother likes the song. He also spends more time listening to the CD than I do, even though I was the one who bought it. Reminds me of what happened when I bought Hybrid Theory and Meteora as well. Favourite Video Game: I don't play games, so I wouldn't know.
