  • At the end of a stressful day I prefer to wind down by going to a restaurant and have my favorite meal, I savour every bit of my meal get lost in its tastiness until I forget about my stress of the meal. I also watch some comedy shows on YouTube or drink coffee
  • What's your favorite way to wind down at the end of a stressful day (or even just a regular day)? Sewing has always been my number one activity to relax from stress. I also like to watch a movie or read a book. Why is this activity relaxing for you? Whenever I'm sewing I'm so focused that I don't even pay attention to what's going on around me - I have to know what I'm doing so my project won't mess up. The end result makes me happy and in a way it relieves stress. Movie and books just take me to another world and make me forget about my problem.
  • I'd go to the supermarket, like Tesco or any other similar marts. Because to me, that's a very easy place to feel therapeutic and calm in such air-conditioned place (living in a country like mine, you'll appreciate every single place with air-con). It could be seen as weird, but I like it, walking down the aisles with stuff arranged nicely on the shelves. Sometimes even the music that's playing in the air would match the mood I brought along in my mind. You know, that feeling when you step your feet down the produce aisle. Or the one where ice creams are. Okay, basically food. I don't really buy stuff but I enjoy just walking and looking around. Some people would go to the mall, I love that too, but I'd still prefer supermarket more. They're more real to me, in some way.
  • Read a book. There's no better way to relax.
  • What I like doing while relaxing is probably eating a huge bowl of ice cream while reading a Manga or comic book and taking long heat bubble baths with candles or listening to music. That's what I like to do!
