I have purchased an Ipad and intend to use it next year with my CFY caseload. I know that the company will provide an "expense" account of sorts to purchase supplies, etc. Now if I buy apps with this "expense" account for my Ipad, what happens when I leave? Aren't these apps the property of the company? And what happens if the Ipad is broken or damaged ...

I keep on seeing that there are some books classified as サイン本. What does this mean, exactly? Are the books autographed on the inside or something? Also, I've noticed that most まんがか sign their names in English - why? Also, I've noticed that アニマトー phone cards tend to sell for a lot of money in Japan - why is that? Thanks so much for your support and help with the ESL help / phrases! It's very helpful to use.
