    May 10, 2013 Rest day (tried not to take one, but the body had other ideas...) May 11, 2013 AM Workout: Incline walking on the treadmill for 35 minutes (2.3 miles,) 5 circuits (10 each DB single-leg squats, 20 push-ups, 15 DB overhead press.) Then it was on to the stair master for 15 minutes (55 floors) and stretching for 5 minutes. 75 minutes for 510 kcal. Vacation Countdown: 1 day!!!!
