AM Workout: Incline walking on the treadmill for 35 minutes (2.3 miles,) 5 circuits (10 each DB single-leg squats, 20 push-ups, 15 DB overhead press.) Then it was on to the stair master for 15 minutes (55 floors) and stretching for 5 minutes. 75 minutes for 510 kcal.
Vacation Countdown: 1 day!!!!

AM Workout: RPM class, 4 circuits ([10/12lbs,12/12lbs,14/10lbs,16/8lbs] DB front squats, [6/12lbs,8/12lbs,10/10lbs,10/10lbs] DB bent-over raises, [6 each/5lbs,8 each/5lbs,10 each/5lbs,10 each/5lbs] DB split squats, 25 straight-leg sit-ups,) and 5 minutes of stretching. 80 minutes for 525 kcal.

AM Workout: 5 minute warm-up/walk on the treadmill (.32 miles,) Body Combat (no jumping,) then on to the elliptical for 10 minutes ([intervals of 1 min forward, 1 min backward, 1 min squatting forward] for .64 miles.) 4 mini circuits (10 burpees, 60 second plank, 10 each split squats) and 5 minutes stretching. 85 minutes for 550 kcal.
