No weight loss OR gain this week.
I'll take it, under the circumstances.
Really need to curtail the extra carbs, especially those yummy-yummy whole grain English muffins.
My body didn't feel as cold and the wind wasn't as bad, but man were my toes cold, and for a really long time afterwards. I was running late this AM and decided to go for a 10 mile ride (which means over 1 hour 15 min) and skip the gym.
Total time 1 hour 20 minutes.
KM 16.45=10.22 miles
Ran 3.02 miles in 32 min, 22 seconds. Did 35 sit ups.
Edited to add: Later I walked 4 miles.
Also aiming for a 25 miles (40KM) bike ride on X-mas day.
Bike ride-1 hour 1 minute (It was freezing out there!)
And just for the record-on this go round, the only push-ups that count are all the way down and back up to plank.
I'm starting to feel a lot hungry lately, which I do NOT appreciate.

AM Workout: RPM class, 30 burpees, 24 push-ups and 60 second plank. 70 minutes for 475 kcal.
Ran 3.03 miles in 32 minutes. I stopped to take a picture, but couldn't figure out how to open my camera app without closing Endomondo, so that prolonged my time slightly.
