I'm about to go back on the contraceptive pill (Ava 20 - with 0.10 mg levonorgestrel and 0.02 mg ethinylestradiol). Are any of you ladies that go to the gym regularly who are on the pill noticing a change in terms of ability to gain muscle? I'm worried the estrogen will hinder or halt my bodybuilding efforts. Some advice/input please?
