	This was such a young, nice little coyote, I think he may have let you do that :)- unfortunately, i don't think the canids (especially) have a very good opinion of most of their encounters with humans. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	I've always appreciated the coyotes I've run into in the wild. They always have such a sense of being in command of their environment. This one is just absolutely beautiful! (Reply to this)(Thread)

	They are such successful survivors. Did you know that if a coyote pack is shot or poisoned, the remaining members become reproductive at a much younger age, and have larger litters to repopulate?
