Hey guys...well I leave for Scotland Nov 1 and I fly into DC Nov 11...get in around 11:50pm and I have a 2pm flight out the next morning...anyone want to go dancing on Friday Nov 11th with me? I haven't updated in...let's just say a long time. I've heard from a few people from DC...kinda miss you guys from time to time. Moose pointed out that I definitely needed to post and not just on myspace but here particularly since this is where I started blogging and that's where most of my DC friends post/read. Lets see...since being in Dallas, I've lost only 5 lbs but about 6% body fat, hoping to lose another 5% though...but u know me...I won't stop until I get to model (fitness) weight. This old picture on here kinda looks like me but not really. I've definitely played more than I ever have before. Key West was a blast except for that stomach thing I got when I got back...I guess that's what I get from Oysters Florentine. Mid of October flying down to RDU to visit family and get stuff together for my Nov flight out to Glasgow for 11 days :). I'll be there for Glasgay! and definitely hoping to have some fun with some locals plus I have to spend sometime with family when I get there. Since I deferred law school for a year, it gives me time to stop by the law office and talk with the dean and get everything really setup for next year. Work is a disaster really. My temp assignment from 6months looks like it'll be a year before they even decide where the equipment is going, hence where my job is going. They are now trying to get it where they won't have to relocate me...so I might be leaving the company (if you know anyone that has experience in labor law...PLEASE LET ME KNOW)...so if you know of any companies looking for guys with Storage Admin experience, let me know...something to hold me over til I go to school in September '07. December I'll be in RDU and then ATL and then back in Dallas for New Years...contemplating going to either NYC, KW, or SF for New Years...it would be something different...especially since I've never been to SF...anyone want to go with me??

Hey...I know it's been a LONG time...but due to traveling for work and work itself and moving hotels, etc...I've been just out of it! So I'm going on vacation September 1st! Going to Island House down in Key West. I'm a virgin to both Key West and Island House even though I do know Island House has been used for porno's...kinda excited to see what it's really like...I mean you go to the website, download their movies, but you just have to experience it, right?? Well...anyone every been to Island House or to Key West?? Any suggestions on where to go once I get there or any tours, would help. I'm there for 5 days..so I'd like to see the town as well. Gosh...it's been OVER a month since my last update...no one's said anything to me about updating, so I assume most don't care or are too busy to even mention it to me. So here's an update. Really enjoying Dallas, so much more than I did DC, probably b/c there's less atitude here(east coast atitude that is...THEY'RE STILL GAY), more of the guys are friendlier and it's a slower pace.

TMI part (S$X life...)
- 2nd night out, brought a guy home (older..49) but had a great body (no tan lines) and GREAT at blowjobs and making me feel attractive (which most of you know is a weakness)
- 3th night out, started hitting on a guy from DC who was there over the weekend...talk about weird...it didn't go anywhere but then over at TMC, I had a couple (older..late 30s/early 40s) wanting to do a 3some but I wasn't 100% ok with me yet (they were HOT and muscular!!)
- 4th night out, guy came up mid-20s and we started talking, he was cute, boyish but LOTS of drama. Went over to spend the evening/morning with him last friday and didn't get off but had fun but wasn't about all his drama! Nice guy though...probably stay friends :)
- After I left the mid-20 y/o's place last Sat morning I went for a massage. It was for 1.5 hrs, after an hour I started making out with the therapist...after 2 hrs we had to stop and get dressed so he could check to see if he had any other appointments...unfortunately he did, so we kissed good bye and exchanged numbers.
- 3 hrs later I got a call from him asking me out Sunday afternoon for a movie and dinner...so I picked the movie, "Just my Luck" and we went down to the gayborhood (crossroads) and had dinner at Black-Eyed Peas and then went out to JRs/TMC to talk and make out. Then he took me home. Havne't called him yet..but I'll probably txt message him this morning to see how he's doing.

Workin' Out Stuff
- Well, come Friday it will be EXACTLY 1 year since my surgery. I'm down to 212lbs, working out 3x a week with a trainer and doing cardio 3x a day by myself. I can definitely wear the 34's that labels picked out for me now. I've packed on some muscle. I have a ways to go but I plan to stay in for the long hull. Actually I've been considering doing bodybuilding...not sure about competition mind you, but body builing maybe fitness modelling, don't know but my trainer, my father, and even other guys at the gym are telling me, "Why not? You can do it". Maybe it's time I start believing it myself.

Well other than that...lots of travelling and I've decided to push back law school for another year...so come the end of September I'm moving to Indy, which it'll be TOTALLY different but maybe there's a reason I'm suppose to be there..trying to definitely have faith that it's the correct decision right now in my life. Well POST SOME COMMENTS!!! HAVEN'T HEARD FROM YOU GUYS...LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU'RE UP TO!

Last weekend in DC...don't know whether to cry or rejoice!

Tonight...it's off to BHH then dinner at 9pm with claddah76 so whoever wants to join you're MORE than welcome too! Then I'm thinking either to stop off at Halo for a drink and then off to Apex to do the "Last Dance". Saturday thinking about stoppin over to legalmoose to drink...I mean help pack ;-). Saturday mid-day to night I have NOTHING planned so I might go up to Bmore to go dancing over at Hippo's not sure...really depends if ANYONE calls and wants to do something. Sunday's brunch time/Eastern Market cruize...I mean walk around :) then off to help claddah76 with his HDD problems and then Lizard Lounge Sunday night

I don't know if I'll be back for a weekend in the future, so I'm hoping to just go out and have a blast the weekend of April 8th. I plan to do Bear Happy Hour on Friday...yes I will be there around 6pm unlike future attempts of getting there. Then it'll be either Halo/GL/or Apex (gotta do one last dance ya know ;) ). Saturday there's really no set plans but if you know of anything, let me know...if not I'll just do the Secrets/Zig's/Nations thing and then Sunday I might as well do the brunch thing at JR's and do one last tour around Eastern Market and then Lizard Lounge (thanks labelsdc for introducing me to that)

Just got into Dallas this morning (11am EST) and just finished lunch after a LONG painful conf. call. I know we ALL can do without those weekly conf. calls. My manager happened to show up in the middle of it and was like..."I've joined"...I so wanted to say "No shit...u were supposed to be on it, when it started not 45 minutes later when u strolled in". I'm sick of doing part of his job...don't even know why he's still here.

Well I'm in Dallas tonight and most of tomorrow. Know of anyone I should meet up with?? Going down to TMC due to lolypup's suggestion. I'll have PLENTY of time to visit/hang around Dallas once I move here on the 17th. Well...hope DC's having fun on hump day!

Everytime I meet someone from LJ...they are like, who??...which is fine b/c we've never met in person but then either later that night or the next day...they are like "Oh...I'm sorry we didn't get to chat more...it's just you don't look like your pictures" (and it's NOT just one person who's said this to me).

So what does this mean?? I think my current pic looks like me...of course the lighting (red tinge)...I know, I know...I'm freakin' white...can't help that one!

Well yesterday someone from work told me....

"Your face looks fuller...u gaining weight?"..."You look like you've been gaining"

As I stand there alittle shocked since I've been still in the downward slope to my weightloss...(at 103lbs lost so far)...I was like..."I've lost over 103 lbs, what do u mean I look like I've gained weight?"

Another co-worker stated, "You see, he's worried now, you're giving him a complex"..I'm like NO F*****' S*** you're right about my worriment about my weight. YOU don't change your life and they know what happened and what I've been doing and now I'm worried that I'm still has fat as a house.

You don't watch what ya eat and workout 3/4x a week and do one night of yoga to be told "You look like you're gaining weight"!!!!!

I mean you can see almost 3 different muscle strands on my quads, u can see heart-shaped calfs on my legs, you can see bicep/forearm division...close on the tricep/detoids area along with the chest. Working on the mid-section but that takes a LONG time to lose a semi's tire section and reduce it to a small honda spare and I want to reduce it to a training-wheel size. He's lucky I didn't punch him...I was on the verge and then he wants me to go out to Akbar's (lovely Indian restaurant) next week with him when he's in town....

Well...where to start??

Well...come April 14th I'm off to Dallas (lol...as of right now...it might be San Diego...I probably won't know til April...which fuckin' sucks). I've already moved half my apartment down to Raleigh and the other half will go the weekend of the 14th...maybe before not sure yet. I found my cat a home, so the weekend of March 11th I'm going down to Raleigh and droppin' him off to his new owner. Life will be interesting after that.

Job Stuff....I had a phone interview Monday and 2 yesterday...so I have (2) face-2-face interviews tomorrow, one at 1pm and the other at 4pm all down in VA...Not happy with Virginia as a state overall...but if the price is right then I'll deal. So I'm taking tomorrow off...which is kinda liberating since I practically live at work...and the middle week of April...I WILL live at work.

School...I can finance school...but it'll be loans out the wazzo...to be honest one year living in Scotland (tuition, lodgings, food, books, laptop (buying a new laptop for school), travel (back and forth from the US 2x), drinking money, I can get by with $33k USD...which is actually cheap for law school and moving to another country. Not including the vacation work I've been promised down in liverpool by my current company. Also I have possiblities of consulting work from the US...like tech writing, course development which is kinda cool b/c I"ll be getting paid by US and don't have to deal with the visa regulations. If that doesn't work...guess I'll have to get into escorting to pay for college!

Now the real issue...stay and work or follow a dream...a drive to move to scotland and go to law school.

U hear leap of faith...but what's my faith? I guess it's the internal faith that I'll be strong enough to leave "my world" behind to start over and just follow this dream by myself. The funny thing is...is it really a leap then? What have I been doing my whole life?...I mean I took a jump to move to DC, joined groups, met great poeple, made friends, and now I'm closing this chapter in my life...but is it a chapter I'm ready to close?? I've had very few people follow me from chapter to chapter in my life and in a way there are people in this chapter of my life that I don't want to leave and I think that's what's holding me back...I dont' want to loose the friendships but I guess if they are real friendships then they'll continue, right??...I already feel like I've lost friendships just by mentioning me moving to Dallas and then Scotland...its like if you're planning to move...u've already moved and yet I'm still here trying to spend every free moment trying to get with people and it's just not happening...at this point I don't know what to do....

Well...it's off to Dallas the middle of April...now I'm job searching like crazy!!! If you know of anything in the DC/Baltimore that needs an IT guy (SAN, LAN, Novell, SUN, HDS Storage)...LET ME KNOW...PLEASE!!!!!! I don't mind the move to Dallas so even if it's later in the year I don't mind, but after that they have NO clue where they're moving my job, so I just need to get out while I can still float...or at least not sink completely.

I'm ready to leave now...but my flight's at 8:30pm tonight, so I'll be leaving the office around 7:15pm...going SouthWest to Providence, RI and then off to my friend's bf's place to do whatever.

I really need to take a break...maybe I can get away one weekend, like the end of March and go camping in the Shenandoah Valley area...anyone want to come and do some camping with alittle hiking???...bring a tent, bring a guy and lots of lube& condoms ;) LOL That would be the best release from job stress b4 the move in mid-april. I know everyone's like...it's ONLY the middle of Feb but if u want a decent site up there u have to sign up early. Anyone game?? The more the merrier!! Also, if I remember correctly, there's a waterfall and small lake off one of the trails...I know it might be cool but at least it would be fun to skinny dip and if it rains we'll stay in one tent or go into the "city" area lol...if you don't want to go but have equipment (tents, portable stove, cooler,etc...) and don't mind letting us borrow let me know!
