okay, since it's summer, and i have more time on my hands, i've decided to start taking commissions.
i want your opinions, though. i know a lot of you are still students, so i obviously wouldn't be charging something ridiculous like $20 for one character, but i do have to be reasonable. i've been talking to a few other "artists" (i use that word tentatively, lol) who also work for commissions, and i've received a lot of varying price ranges. most
wizzart doodles take about an hour, but if i'm doing more than one character, or an entire scene, it obviously takes a bit longer.i was thinking about $5 for one character. any character you want. i'll put your name on it (LJ or otherwise), and you can use it in your user!info, etc. maybe a bit more if you wanted yourself in
wizzart form (you'd need to send me a picture), 'cause that would take longer than just a doodle of harry or ron. i need your help working out the other prices, though. i would be willing to do cartoons of you with your favourite character, but that would cost a bit more. how much more? i dunno. what do you guys think is reasonable? if you wanted an entire scene (any scene from the books/movies) it would definitely cost a bit more, because depending on what scene you want, it can take a few hours. i'd be willing to negotiate a price if that situation ever arises, but for now i need to lay out the basics.
one character? lets say $5. i'll let you guys figure out the rest. two characters? three? i'll do any character, any ship, any scene. it's up to you. what would you be willing to pay? what is in your price range? i'm trying to be really fair.
