I was trying to get these done so I could come to craft night and finish them but my day was just way too crazy. How was craft night? what are you making for the handmade bazaar?

craft night was very productive. i am experimenting with chocolate (e.g. the hazelnut cup you had yesterday) and also making some felt barrettes.

how would you rate the hazelnut cup? what can i improve?

The hazlenut cup was great! (of course) I loved the grated nut on top. I am guessing it was just melted chocolate chips? if you add a touch of oil to it and beat it a bit it will help soften the chocolate so if it's served in a really cool place it won't be too hard. I really liked the hazlenut! I just wanted them to be bigger so I could eat more! YUM! Thank you so much, that was very sweet of you to bring an exra treat for me yesterday. thanks.

Wow, that looks great! I would love one but alas, I live in Australia and can only pay via PayPal. :(
webtar From: [info]webtar Date: November 21st, 2005 02:49 pm (UTC) (Link)
hmm...Let me think. I might have a paypal. Let me check, I'll get back to you. I would have to ask for shipping as well, I don't know if that would be okay.
Oh yeah. Microcosm Publishing (www.microcosmpublishing.com) will be selling them soon. If you ever order from them then you could just add it to your order.
Let me go check on the paypal.

I'm in Canada -- how much extra should I send to cover postage?

1.10 or 2.70 both US. Just let me know what type of shipping you'd like. You can send it through paypal too:

I do have paypal: weblybucket@hotmail.com

http://ircalc.usps.gov/intl_speed.asp?CID=10013&MailType=envelope&Pounds=0&Ounces=3

This says 2.60US for airmail or 4.06US for standard. If you want one just tell me in paypal which shipping you want.

Oh, I'm so sorry that I never replied to this comment and then asked the same question at veganpeople! It only occured to me that if one of my LJ accounts wasn't getting comments sent via e-mail, this one might not be either!

Thanks so much for the information. As soon as I get paid I'm going to PayPal calendar cost + postage to you. :)

Daww, my first thought was "I WANT ONE!!!" and then I realized that I'm going to be on the road for 8 out of next year's 12 months and thus it just isn't practical. My slingshot makes much more sense. Still... damn, it looks rad.
webtar From: [info]webtar Date: November 21st, 2005 04:43 pm (UTC) (Link)
Slingshots are great...BUT, you can use this as a food log, write in what you've eaten that day so you can look back see how maybe you should eat some vegetables! There are even some food ideas for camping in there!

ultra awesome!

(will every comment I leave you today involve one more word than the last? we're up from one word to two so let us see...)
webtar From: [info]webtar Date: November 21st, 2005 04:48 pm (UTC) (Link)
two words are good. When I put the finishing touches on them you will be getting one. It's still the same address as in "I was warped" right?
emilijas From: [info]emilijas Date: November 21st, 2005 06:18 pm (UTC) (Link)
Awesome! And yes, it's 34 Stone Ave. Somerville, MA 02143
