- make a new document, 100x100 in size, paste in your image.
- create a new colour balance layer, enter the following settings:
shadows: -14,-8,19
midtones: -90,-23-26
highlights: 0,0,-26

-make a new hue/saturation/lightness layer and enter the following:
hue: 0 Lightness: 0 saturation: 49

- make a new curves layer, enter the following:
Red: I - 115 O - 38
Green: I - 21 O - 4
Blue: I - 17 O - 34

merge all visible layers and sharpen if you want!

- Crop your image
- variations *
shadows: 6x more blue, 2x more magenta
Midtones: more green, more cyan, more blue, 2x more cyan
Saturation: 2x more saturation
Highlights: more yellow

- duplicate base layer, set to screen 66%
- Layery>> new adjustment layer>> hue/saturation
Hue: -5
Saturation +41%
Lightness: +6

- merge visible layers
- New fill layer #E8E0BA set to multiply 40%
- duplicate base layer drag to top
set so soft light 35%

- merge visible layers
- shapren if you like.

Well today Mum took me to visit all of our old relatives and some of her old freinds. Its was alright. I spent the entire day being hugged by people i barely know, and repetitively asked, "Is this Sarah" In a shocked voice. I was offered so many cups of coffe, which i dont really drink. lol.

using photoshop elements i made this

1) Firstly i found the picutes i wanted to use.

2)Open a 100x 100 canvas with a transparent background

3)from the pictures create 3 or four psd like things using the pollygon lasoo tool.

4) paste the psd things onto your canvas and resize and postion them to suit your taste.

5) merege all visible layers.

6) I duplicated my original image, desaturated the copy and set it to overlay.

7) Merge the two layers

8) I then pasted in this pattern and positioned it under my image

Sorry i cant remember where i got it.

9) I them merged all visible layers

10) create a new layer and using the paint brush put a small dot in the corner and set it to screen.

- Add any borders or text that you wish and your done.

Try not to copy word for word, try your own stuff, use different images, different patterns etc.

Cause my site has well, disapeared im starting to live through my livejournal, all weekend ive been joining communites customising my icon commumunity and making heaps of icons lol.
but anywas I made some brushes a while agothat i was going to add to my site but didnt get to.

1. Crop your image to suit your needs
2. Duplicate the image and set the new layer to 100% screen
3. Duplicate the layer again and this time set it to 49% screen
4. merge all visible layers
5. Duplicate the base layer, desaturate it and set it to overlay 100%
6. Create a new layer and fill it with #E2E2E2 and set to colour burn 100%
7. Create a new layer and fill it with #002277 and set to difference 22%
8. Create another new layer and fill it with #EFE5E4 then set to multiply 100%
By now you should have something that looks like this.


9. Paste in this texture thing and set it to screen 100%


10. take this text brush and past it in, set it to screen 100%.

11. Now add text and your done.

My site Beautiful Madness is down, due to my hosts site just mysteriously disapearing. I hope it comes back online soon, I really miss it *wipes tear from eye*. Anyway, school is finished and im on holidays for the next three weeks, yayness! Im going to the Show today with my freinds, too bad it raining. Then afterwards we are having a movie marathon.
