Looks like Kate will be appearing on stage with the guys - Bob Picardo, Ethan Phillips, Tim Russ and Robbie McNeill. If it's anything like when she appeared on-stage with Bob Picardo and Ethan Phillips in Tulsa she may just wet her pants. :-) But I know she really enjoyed doing the "Q&A" with them in Tulsa so she should have fun!

Kate Mulgrew delivered the keynote speech at a luncheon on Friday, Feb. 29th, 2008 to announce the MetLife Foundation Awards for Medical Research in Alzheimer's Disease. I previously added photos and the text of this powerful speech to the Totally Kate website.

Drum roll please.....

Kate will be playing Hester Solomon alongside Daniel Radcliffe in EQUUS on Broadway! Performances start Sept. 5th, 2008 at the Broadhurst Theatre, 235 West 44th Street, New York, NY. This means Kate will not be able to attend the Chicago event over Thanksgiving weekend. Kate will still be attending Creation's Vegas convention on Friday, Aug. 8th and Fan Expo Canada in Toronto on Sat. Aug. 23rd.

Congratulations to Kate! She's won an Obie for her performance in IPHIGENIA 2.0. The Obie Awards were presented Monday night, May 19th, 2008 by the Village Voice newspaper to off-Broadway and off-off Broadway productions. Kate Mulgrew will be the special guest star at Star Trek 2008 Thanksgiving celebration at Pheasant Run Resort Mega Center in Charles, IL (near Chicago). The convention runs Thanksgiving weekend (Nov. 28 - 30, 2008). The convention's website is scheduled to be on-line by the end of May 2008. Another convention appearance - Kate will be a guest at Fan Expo Canada in Toronto. Fan Expo Canada runs from August 22nd to 24th, 2008. Tickets are not yet available.
