Can't believe the week is almost over. Amazing how as you get older the time goes by faster, isn't it?
Monday - Was a hectic day. Then again, what days aren't any more? I had work until 4:15. Ran home to grab Missy as she was 'suppose' to have her three month grooming appointment at 5:30. Only to find out that they were closed. I knew they didn't have evening hours yet they insisted upon scheduleing one..Whatever. Needless to say, I had my personal trainer appointment at 5:30 as well and I had to run the dog all the way home first the to the gym...making me 15 minutes late into my training session. Boy, was I pissed!!! After my workout, it was homebound to change my shirt and grab my tanning lotion. Nichole and I were out the door a few minutes later heading down to Hollywood Tans. Came home, made dinner, made our lunches for the next day, tidied up the house, took my shower and vegged for about an hour before retiring for the evening.
Tuesday- Geez, let me try to remember. Um, hm.... Ah, yes, I was 'suppose' to go the gym to run on the treadmill for an hour but when I got home from work I somehow managed to get a case of the Cleaning Bug and went on a cleaning frenzy. I tore apart my Kitchen from top to bottom and just scrubbed, scrubbed, scrubbed. Craziness! After cleaning, I made dinner, made lunches and then met Nichole to go tanning at Hollywood Tans. Ahhhh, and we can't forget my watching the season finale of Outback Jack!! Now, I'm not one much for reality tv but somehow, four episodes before the last, I got hooked. My gal, Natalie, won. I was jumping on the couch and screaming at the tv I was so happy. I'm nuts!!!!
Wednesday - Let's see. Work was the usual. Had my Chiropractor appointment after work. (I'm down to once week right now. I've improved drastically and finally have the green light to do gym activities at 100%. I"m thinking next Wednesday he'll tell me once every six weeks from here on out..we'll see). I was going to take an aerobic class after the Chiropractor but then realized that my nails needed to be refilled. It was either go today, Friday or Saturday. Now, you and I both know that a nail salon on a Friday or Saturday is INSANE! You won't dare see me step foot in one on either of those days. My choice was clear..go tonight!! Went and got my nails refilled, eyebrows waxed and my pedicure. I just love this color!!! Kind of like a flesh! Too bad they didn't have one to purchase *sigh*. After that, met with Nichole to go tanning. Came home, made dinner, made lunches...well, the usual evening routine.
My Wedding Coordinator called but I just missed her call. I've decided to hire a Day-Of Coordinator for my wedding. Makes it easier and stress-free on me that day, ya know? She'll be calling me today, to go over indepth of the tasks that I expect from her, ect ect. I'm pretty excited about it.
I was taking a break from the wedding plans for awhile because, let's face it, I had plenty of time. Now that we are coming up to the one year mark it's time to get busy again. My tax returns came in and that's in my Savings account to take care of my Wedding Attire. :) I tried on a few more dresses this past Saturday and plan on trying a few more. I know what dress I am getting but before I order it I want to make sure that that's THE ONE. At the end of next month, I'll be calling New Orleans to order my gown. It will then take four months for it to arrive. Also, next month's goal is to book our honeymoon. We were going to take a 10 day Royal Carribbean Cruise but opted for an All-Inclusive Resort, Secrets Excellence in Punta Cana. We'll be departing the Monday after our wedding for seven days..Ahh, can't wait! I really much rather go to Sandals because they have a lot more off-shore excursions and prettier landscaping but it's out of our price range - that is, unless when we meet with the travel agent he can get us a good deal. Ha!! I also have to meet with the Caterer to finalize the menu, change the linen colors as well as submit my cake design selection that I am absolutely in love with!!! I made an appointment to meet with Sue at Grove Florist on the 8th to go over ideas for the floral arrangments for the bridal party and the church. That's about all I am doing in September.
Today's agenda - Working. Blah. Then I have my personal trainer appointment with Ron right after work. Then I'll go tanning and then come home and start my evening routine..ha!
