Just seeing if there is any interest to start with as I can't be bothered to find my camera tonight!!
I have available a Ministry of Sound Radio/CD/MP3 player which I'm selling on behalf of my mum.
Long story short, before I went backpacking my car was broken into, original MoS stereo was nicked, never replaced it before I left, darling Mummy bought a new one shortly before got home, I came home, drove the car to Newquay, killed the car and a couple of weeks ago got a new car which already has a CD player in it.
It was literally used about 5 or 6 times in total and is in perfect nick with all the cables, instruction booklet, fascia and carry case, original box and all that blah. Would be gift giving condition. Cost around £90 new and she'd like to get some of that back :)
I personally used it only once but is a good wee stereo, it's a couple of models up from my old one so is the same but with a few new gizmos!
It has a radio, cd player which plays normal and mp3 cds (so if you burn mp3's as data onto a normal 750mb ish recordable cd it will play these, and you can get a fair few on one of those!). It also has a USB port and this will play mp3 files stored onto USB keys/sticks and mp3 players which work in this fashion. It has a shuffle button too so you can stick 1000 songs or so on a cheapo USB stick and mix it up.
I don't think Apple Ipods play through it though because the ipod will think it's a computer or something and so comes up with its 'Do not Disconnect' thing that it does when connected to itunes. There might be a way you can get it to work but I'm not that technical! I know Sony players don't work as they use ATRAC not MP3.
£60 is what she'd be looking for but this includes insured postage which doesn't come at all cheap as it's heavy!!
No trades please, as much as I personally would be happy to take clothes, dvds and other stuff for it I really don't see my Mum being too impressed if I end up with a lot of stuff for me and she'd prob make me pay her which I can't do! XD
So yeah, if there's any interest let me know and I can sort out some piccies and also find the exact list of specs for you :)
