March with be a month of theSTART. At least for us LA people.. Their latest MySpace blog:
"So while we are home "secretly" working on a new record and other stuff, we are going to do something we've never been able to do because of being on the road all of the time. We will be doing a residency at Crash Mansion in Los Angeles during the month of March. This should be fun, we be doing something special for each show, so if you're in L.A in March, come down and dance.

From the webchat last night:
-There are plans for at least one music video for the new album. They're working on the concept for one new one, and thinking of making a live video for another one.
-They're also planning to make a live concert DVD "soon."
-They'll headline a show in San Francisco in September.
-They don't particularly care about bootlegs, since "it's not like we're making any off this stuff anyway!"

So, theSTART is playing at the DNA Lounge here in San Francisco (it's Browncoats night), which provides a live webcast of their shows. Nifty, eh?

theSTART goes on tonight at midnight Pacific time.
Two caveats:
-Some bands don't want to be streamed, so DNA pulls the plug for that whole night. It appears to be up and running at the moment, though (it's 9:20pm now).
-It's in RealPlayer format (remember that?).
