Ok, Our flight was at 6am and was leaving out of MCO. The night prior I drove from my home in Tampa to
We get to the Hotel, which was packed even though the con hadn't even started yet. We go to check in and they tell us that our room wouldn't be ready until around 3pm. So Feros and I decided to go suiting after we checked our baggage at the front. Well, the headless lounge's hadn't opened yet. So we ran around for about 30 minutes trying to find someone we know to ask if we could suit up in their room. We found Overblood and he said it was ok. Thank you! So we go up to his room and suit up. Had fun. Suited for about 2 hours. Then we go to get our room. Well it still wasn't ready, they said that they would call us when it was. Well by this time all we wanted to do was take a shower and lay down for a little bit. So we were pretty flustered. Well it got to be about 4:30pm and they hadn't called us. So we went up to the front desk and asked them what was going on. They were trying to clean a room on the fursuit floor I guess. Well at that point we were just like give us any room. So they gave us room #1505. Nice room, last on the hall so we didn't have to really worry about noise. But, our AC never stayed on for more than an hour. So it was fricking hot every time we got in the room and woke up. It really sucked, especially when we were just done suiting. But anyways, we showered and relaxed for a while. Then we went down and registered. It was so nice to be pre-registered. The line for on-site reg was about a half mile long, I'm not joking.
But the rest of the night was a mix of suiting and hanging out. Our roommates arrived in the evening. Nothingkat at about 5pm, Media about 7pm and Scape about 1:30am. Wag wasn't going to be getting there till Friday night. Then about 10pm we went to the dances. I gotta say I had only one DJ set that I didn't like. Of course I won't name names but they played things that you couldn't dance to. Went to bed around 1am.
Then on Sunday Indi's dog, Todd, was put down. I loved this dog.
George Carlin died on sunday too.

Well its 3 days till AC, but I am not so happy right now. First off, my girlfriend's dog, a Cardigan Welsh Corgi of 14 years old was put down yesterday. He had a spinal condition that had worsened since indi and her mom got back from Canada. It got to the point that on Friday night he didn't want to lay down cause he knew he would struggle getting up. I loved him, he was part of my family as well as indi's. Indi called me yesterday when i was out playing pool and told me the news. Well I basically dropped what i was doing and rushed to her dad's house. I stopped by albertsons and bought her a dozen roses, a very cute card and a $15 iTunes gift card. That's the best way to cope is music. I wanted to be here for her as much as I could. She's had him all his life and I knew that she needed a shoulder to cry on. Well We hugged for about 10 minutes and then she started telling me a bunch of happy memories. I'm glad she did, cause even though Todd is gone, the memories will last forever. One problem though, with the distance to her dads house from mine, i used a lot of gas. I had to dip into my anthrocon fund to pay for gas. Now I have wednesday's paycheck as my only source of funds. Which will be about $180. :( Anthrocon took the back burner though. So i dont regret coming up here at all. I will always be here for Indi, whenever she needs someone to talk to or a shoulder to cry on. It's just so hard to think that little todd is not going to be there when we get back to her mom's house.
