Sakura Photos (Spring 2005)
Ack.... trip to the park was nice, but I'm left with my system clogged up by pollen and whatever else was in the air over there. ×_× There were.... a LOT of people. Kinda felt like the morning rush all over again, but that can't be helped... sakura only blossoms for a few days. Thank goodness today was one of the earlier ones... the wind was blowing so hard that if I'd gone a day later, all the petals would be gone~ The early morning was cold, dark and cloudy... Wished with all my might for a clear sunny day, and what'dya know... at noon the clouds were gone, and it was 23 degrees with an azure sky all over Tokyo.... :o
Snapped... many, many photographs, but only chose a few to put online. For one... it was TOO BRIGHT this afternoon, so the color balance of many snaps were just way off. Secondly, there were just too many people getting into the frame at odd places (eg half a head, a random arm etc popping up at one side of the photograph argh)... oh well... tired... very tired, still have some homework... (oh dear).
BUT! In any case. do enjoy the photographs. I'm saving one last one (I think it's my best shot for today) for some other time ; )

Caw?

It was a fine day~ a little TOO fine x_X perspired for the first time in months~

This park's right smack in the middle of bustling Tokyo~

The park ground, all pinkish~

o_O This must be what birds see when they perch in cherry blossom trees at this time... how chaotic...

Around the neighborhood

The station I go to everyday to get to Shinjuku~ Nice place~

The tree in the previous picture, with its sakura up close~

Near a local hospital. For some reason the sky here looks... huge... oO
