This is the second season, ripped (not by me) with the original Japanese audio and optional English subtitles.  It's the ADV release so I apologize ahead of time (they made quite a few errors in translation as well as editing). 

The first thirteen episodes of "R" were original to the anime and only made so the manga could catch up to the anime.  From episode 60 and onward, the Black Moon and Chibiusa arc begins.

The files are OGG format.  Use VLC Player or BSPlayer (<--- download this version since new ones have spyware).  The episodes are hosted on Megaupload.  Each file is about 175 MB in size.
