I have just finished dropping off otoshi-damas in everyone's houses. Sadly, everyone except Eiji seem to be out.
Minna, I left your gifts with your parents. (Ne, Eiji, thank you for accompanying me to Tezuka's house.)
The New Year promises to be full of surprises. Take for instance the surprise we found in Tezuka's home.
It started normally enough. His family had kadomatsu hung on their doors, elaborate ones with bamboo, pine and plum branches, tastefully done. Tezuka-dono greeted us and showed us into Tezuka's room not knowing he wasn't in the house. His room is very neat. But what was in it certainly was a surprise.
Tezuka, we're hurt. You didn't tell us you had a boyfriend in your room. Eiji and I were...startled. VERY startled. Were you planning on introducing him anytime soon?

Yumiko-neesan and I are back from the Nozawa Onsen earlier than Yuuta and my parents. Kaasan worried so much about leaving the house for such a long period of time that Neesan eventually volunteered to check up on it. Father didn't want her to go alone so I volunteered to go with her. We left very early in the morning.
We did stay for New Year's Eve. Joya-no-Kane in Nozawa was exceptional. Although I swear Yuuta was halfway drooping before the 108th bell tolling was done. Saeki propped him up.
A shame I wasn't able to ask after Rokkaku's tennis team while we were there.
The slopes were stunning. My face is peeling from being out there too long. Saa, anyway, its time to pay the others New Year visits and give them their otoshi-damas. |

Mouu~uu, the skirt Yumiko-neesan made doesn't have enough petticoats in it. *pikus* How am I suppose to flounce properly without them. And its entirely TOO long. I should ask her to make it shorter.

| [Crack-verse] Mistletoes at Hyotei Gakuen |

Kantoku (don't ask why he's called that, I don't know) asked us to hang mistletoes around the changing room. It needed a more Christmas-sy touch he says. He's such a far cry from Ryuzaki-sensei, really.
While doing so, I saw Akutagawa-kun's jacket left in his locker. Its a shame we moved to Hyotei and they moved out. It would have been good to play with Akutagawa-kun. Because he is just SO COOL!
He's such a good tennis player! So flexible and fast and JUST SOOOO COOL!
I wonder if Kantoku could make him come back? Akutagawa-ku~un! I hung a mistletoe over your jacket just in case it feels lonely! |

Maa, its been a long time since I've gotten detention for being late in class. Yuriko-chan and the others were very entertaining especially when Oshima-sensei had to disappear for awhile.
Ne, Inui, even without your notebook, Yuriko and the others reached the general conclusion that Oishi probably wears black boxers and Tezuka, blue. It was quite a long discussion in between classes the next day. Who knew it would prove to be such a popular topic, Seigaku's tennis captain and vice-captain.
Christmas is around the corner, strange how such a Western holiday could generate so much activity really. Though it has interesting customs and 'Kaasan has a very good time decorating the house. Yumiko-neesan has hung a mistletoe over the front door and has been asking when Yuuta is arriving home so she could 'greet' him properly. For the record, she has ambushed everyone in the house at any one point in time this week.

It seems that there is just a certain amount of length to thin leather strips you can purchase before the store clerk looks at you oddly and asks if your dog is feeling unexpectedly...frisky.
That amuses me. I think HE thinks I have a very wild dog to restrain. Isn't that just interesting. Dont you think so, Inui? |

Maa, has it already been a week since I last updated? The week passed by so fast.
For some odd reason, all of the senseis took it into their heads to give us tests for the entire week. It must be the lingering cold in the air, even Ryuzaki-sensei was a bit...out of sorts.
Akutagawa-kun has been attending practice here in Seigaku for the week. I heard it was to motivate him since he always falls asleep at Hyotei. Funny, I have never seen him sleep that much at practice. In fact, he has been a veritable ball of energy. Especially when he's with Echizen. ^______^ Ne, Tezuka, have you noticed?
It has been an interesting week of tennis practice, very amusing. And unexpected. Ne, Inui, how was Saturday? Was it as good for you as it was for me? ^_____________^

- Expired solutions produce interesting effects on photographs. Tezuka's hair is an interesting sepia color now.
- Yamabuki players, one specifically, seem to be all over the place.
- Captains are not infallible even with tennis. Especially with tennis.

Echizen is back from his wanderings and he gave me a present.
Forgive me for saying this, Echizen but what is this horrendously coloured...thing? It sparkles and shines and looks completely...useless. Neesan decided it was something that belonged in her room and took it away. A very good move I would say.
Echizen, Neesan thanks you. It serves a useful purpose now (whatever it is).
In other news, Tezuka is on the auction block. ^______________________^

Saa, taking down notes for Inui can be interesting.
I'm wondering why Tezuka hasn't been punished once. Especially when I haven't seen him post anything significant for weeks. Maa, if it is on private, would it be safe to assume that Inui has access to even our private entries?
