Just lately, I've been getting weirdly excited about food.
For example, right now, I'm in the middle of cooking some lovely spicy cheese chilli and tomato chicken, with home made potato wedges and a simple salad on the side. With chilli and flaked red pepper dressing. Which I will eat with a bottle of chardonnay, or more Corona&Lime (fuck, while I'm at it I might as well make a few Bourbon Sours). Some reason, I have a thing for spicy food (especially red chilli peppers) right now...
Does this mean I am growing up or something, now that Bernard sodding Matthew's turkey drummers/goodfellas finest 20-minute-pizzas no longer do it for me?
Fuck it, when you've just had a >£10,000 kitchen fitted, you might as well use it...
