| Fanart time! It's been a long time since I posted.

I'm not extremely happy with this piece but then again I was trying to do something that wasn't my "normal" style. I did Ginny because I love to color her hair (so fiery!) and because she's one of my favorite characters. I promise I'll give you guys something a little better next time! | comments: Leave a comment |

I love drawing Ginny. Not only is she one of my favorite characters, but I love drawing her flaming red hair. It's much fun. Both of these were done in watercolor. | comments: 2 comments or Leave a comment |

You should all definitely take note of this. I don't draw guys often. However, every once in a while I get in a romantic mood, and voila, the usual lonely girls of my pictures find themselves with someone of the XY persuasion. And so here they are, Harry and Ginny, being so damn cute I could puke. :::sigh::: I want that kind of cute...

Hermione...and flowers. I know it's not perfect, but I nearly killed myself doing all the flowers in the background, so I'm posting it. Hope you like it! Both of these lovely pictures were done in watercolor. | comments: 4 comments or Leave a comment |

I'd thought I'd post this, even though I feel there are things that I would fix if I could. I had trouble making her little nightgown thing look transparent, and her underwear look more baggy than sexy, but it's still decent I say. | comments: 2 comments or Leave a comment |

| Hermione. Cute, isn't she :)

My first post to the community. How fun! I've been browsing the HP Art Community for a year now, and it's so great to finally start posting my art. This one is Hermione being all cute and giggly, which is something I don't really see Hermione doing often :) I originally did this in black and white, but I decided to color it about a month ago. | | By request I am updating my live journal. I don't know exactly what you want to hear, Anna, but I'll give it a go. Hmmmmmm...since I last updated I have become hooked on two new TV shows: House and CSI. Both have sexy older men in the lead roles, so it shouldn't be too hard to see why I'm obsessed, lol. I went to a wedding last Saturday. My parent's friends' daughter got married. We grew up together...we're the same age and everything. She looked so beautiful. I didn't cry until I got in my car to leave, and I think I was only crying for myself really. I'm a selfish little prat, but I can't help it, I want to get married. I'm still on my neverending, impossible job search. I'm looking into college...again. Life's a bitch and then you die. Eh... | comments: Leave a comment |

| | Well hello everyone. Wonder where the hell I've been lately? I'll just tell you. Babysitting my nieces and nephew over their crazy two week spring break. I was up in the morning at 5:30, back home by 6:30 PM and so fucking tired I wanted to cry. I am very very very glad it's over. I got some money out of the whole deal so I ended up going shopping with Amanda and Casi last Saturday. We had a blast. After we went shopping we headed over to Casi's house, where I was leered at and complimented by Casi's older sister's very drunk friend. We also watched Dogma, which was almost sacriligious seeing as it makes fun of Catholics, and that was the day the Pope had died. I figure the guy had a sense of humor, so I didn't feel so bad. Lemme see, what else...ummmm...oh yeah, I've been doing a lot of art lately, so you should definetly check out my gallery, the link's at the top of the page. I watched Lost with my parents tonight. Boone kicked the bucket. It's too bad, he was easy on the eyes. I feel bad for Ian Sommerhalder, the poor guy's out of a job now, that sucks. I have nothing really productive to say, so I'm just going to quit blabbing now. Oh, wait, I watched Velvet Goldmine today and it was really good! I highly reccommend it, especially to anyone who likes Ewan McGregor, cause you get to see him stark naked!!! | comments: Leave a comment |

| Hello whatever readers I may have. It's been an interesting few days. Thursday, as I'm sure you all know (or would like to forget), was St. Patrick's Day. I donned my green shirt and green fishnets and headed down to Quinn's at 9:30 to see my friend Amanda play her big ass drum in the bagpiping band she's in. It rocked! I had a shot, bought by my ever so lovely mother, and then headed home. Amanda showed up at 3:00 in the morning and the two of us had Irish coffee and watched a really weird movie called Octane. At around 4:00 she asked if she could crash at my place because her house was full of drunken bagpipers (her dad's in the band too) and she really didn't want to sleep on the floor. So we both passed out on my bed and I ended up sleeping till 1:40 in the afternoon. I'm not sure when it was she left, but she wasn't there when I woke up, lol. Friday was pretty boring. Today I went to Mac's with my dad and bought an entire set of Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils. I can't wait to use them. Artwise I've began a mosaic and I did a lovely picture that was inspired by Shinedown's song Fly From The Inside. Here's a link:

| | Hi Hi! Slow day today. I got up, took a shower, ate a sandwich, went for a drive, came home, watched TV, went for a drive again, helped my dad out in the garage, cooked dinner, ate dinner, read PoA to mom, went for another drive, watched The Venture Brothers and Home Movies, updated my forum site, and here I am updating my lj. Like I said, slow day. I had a lot of time to think about how miserable I am...:::sigh::: I wanna get married damn it. Arghhh, I get this way everytime "that time of the month" rolls around. | | Hello! I had the most lovely day. I went to Hot Topic with my friends Casi and Chris, got some wrist bands, then we went to a shoe store and I got these awesome Spongebob flip flops, THEN we went to Robots with Pamela and Robert. It was much fun. I also got a new keyboard for my computer. The old one was so worn out that some of the letters had rubbed off the keys, lol. I went grocery shopping with my dad, and we spent way too much money on junk, but that's ok I guess. Gotta live for today. Dad's napping right now, we have to go pick mom up from the club in half an hour. She's so weird, lol. I swear I'm the only person who has a mom who likes to go to the gay clubs to dance. She likes the guys, lol. Daddy doesn't like the club scene. He says the smoke and the loud music gives him a headache. So, instead of going with her, he hung out at home with me and we watched Daria and then some stand up comedy on comedy central. I'm trying desperately not to fall asleep right now. I'm way worn out. I had strange dreams last night. I can't remember any of them right now, but I know I did this morning. I'm such a space cadet. There went dad's alarm, I'm outta here. | comments: Leave a comment |

| | Good god it's been forever since I wrote. I'm so bad. :::smacks herself::: So..what news... hmmmmm. I went with Pam to the park last Saturday, we took Dags for a walk and chatted. Then we went and hung out with Casi and watched the Spongebob Squarepants Movie. We have too much fun together, lol. My dad and I have been cleaning out the garage and the shed. The shed is finished now. It's amazing, you can walk in there and actually get what you want without tearing everything else out to get to it. We'll finish the garage this weekend. Sunday was Kalee and Dylan's birthday party. They're sooooo damn cute, it's so damn hard to believe that they are nine and six. It seems like just yesterday.... Hmmm, I watched a good Colin Firth movie called Valmont, he was damn hot in it. Young too! Only 28, it's the youngest I've ever seen him. OOoohhh, I got the Sims 2. It's waaaay fun and waaaay addictive, lol. Last night I watched Supersize Me. It was the kick in the ass I needed. It's time to get in shape. I've decided to quit drinking so much Sprite, start eating healthier, cut fast food out of my diet completely, and walk in the evenings. I took Mia with me yesterday, and Ernie and mom with me today. It's Angel's turn tomorrow. :) That's pretty much it... I lead a boring life. | comments: Leave a comment |

| I'm such a giant baby. I finished reading Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix to my mom yesterday. I actually had to stop reading halfway through the part where Sirius died because I was crying so bad I couldn't speak properly. I had to take a breather after finishing the chapter. It's funny, my reaction to his death gets worse each time I read the book. :::sigh::: Today we started The Prisoner of Askaban because I decided the movie didn't give my mom enough information. I'm really getting her hooked on Harry Potter. I like that, it's something for us to bond over. I watched another movie with crazy Gary Oldman in it today. It was called Sin. It was interesting, but depressing. I liked his hair in it though. It worked for him, made him look a bit younger. Hmmm, lemme see if I can't find a picture. I can't. Too bad. But hey, I did find a screen cap of Naveen from that scene in Kama Sutra I was talking about. Posty time!

He looks more drunk than sorrowful, lol, but god damn does he own the color blue. It looks fantastic on him.

| What a day. I watched Dracula, the 1992 version with Winona Ryder and Keanu Reeves faking terrible accents. The only reason I watched it was because of crazy Gary Oldman. I absolutely adore him, so of course I bawled like a baby when they killed him at the end. I hate when I go into movies rooting for the bad guy. It's like The Patriot. My mom's sitting there crying when Heath Ledger snuffs it, but I'm perfectly fine because I went into the whole thing purely to enjoy the delicious Mr. Jason Isaacs. Eh, it's life. Dinner was awful, but I'm fine with it. I wasn't really that hungry to begin with. Tomorrow will be better, I'm making seafood parmesan. Lost left me with the same dissatisfied feeling it always leaves me with. Every episode gives you more new questions than answers to the old questions. I keep having this sneaking suspicion that Jin speaks English. And what's with Locke? I swear that guy's up to something. To top it all off I now have a legitimate reason to not like Shannon. She's moving in on Naveen ::grrrrrr:: I need to call my friends. I haven't talked to a lot of them in a long time. I also need to find out what's up with the HP art community. I've applied for membership 3 times and haven't gotten a reply. I fit all the criteria and I've read the rules a million times. If I was doing something wrong, or they didn't want me, surely they'd send me a rejection e-mail. I dunno, I'll figure something out I'm sure.
edit: I don't know why, but I was compelled to google my ex-best friend today. We had a rocky relationship, from fourth grade to our senior year of high school. After finally having taken enough of her shit, I quit being a doormat and told her off. She of course freaked out and stalked me for about a year. Well, anyway, I googled her and guess what came up, lol. She's in jail. Her charges are as follows: Probation violation, failure to appear, driving on a revoked license, and failure to provide proof of insurance. I hate to be a bitch, but she was terrible to me during our entire friendship, so I guess I don't feel so bad that I starting laughing hysterically when I saw her horrid mugshot. Sometimes it feels nice to be mean. ::smacks the back of her hand:: Alright, I need to go back to being good Laura now. | comments: Leave a comment |

| I thought I'd start off this stupid ramble by paying homage to the late, great Hunter S. Thompson. I first heard of Hunter back when I was 16. My friend Ashley had gotten a hold of "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" and could not stop talking about how great the movie was and how she was going to get the book. The first glimpse I got of it was at her boyfriend's house. I was stoned out of my gourd and laying on his couch, watching it and laughing at how truly strange it was. A line from the movie (see the subject of my post) became our stoner motto. Time passed and I quit doing drugs, but the true genius of Hunter's work, all of his work, was not diminished by being viewed (or read) while sober. In fact, if anything, it just gave it that much more of an edge. So, I propose a toast ::raises her sprite:: To Hunter S. Thompson; I always knew they should take those guns away from you.
It was a movie kind of weekend. I rented Anchorman. It was funny. I rented the first two Harry Potter movies. They were good, as usual. I watched Kama Sutra on IFC. I nearly died watching it. Too much hot sex, and way too much gorgeous Naveen Andrews. There was this scene where he was wearing a royal peacock blue robe, and his hair was in it's perfect curls, and he had eyeliner on and had this sorrowful expression on his gorgeous face. I nearly wept at his beauty (don't laugh at me), he was just sooooooooooo stunning right in that moment. :::sigh::: I was going to talk about something else, but I can't concentrate now. I need to go find some Naveen pics to look at. | comments: Leave a comment |

| So it's been a couple of days since I last wrote, I'll catch you up on the main points of the last 2 days. Thursday I went shopping with Casi. We stopped at the Rubber Rainbow and Casi picked up some stuff for Chris for Valentine's Day. I read some of the book she got him, "365 Days Of Sensational Sex", it's very interesting, plenty of pictures too, lmao. We then stopped by WinCo which scared the crap out of me. That store is truly bizarre. There are a lot of scary people, everything is in bulk, and you have to bag your own groceries. I'll stick to Albertson's, thank you very much. Friday(and a bit of Saturday morning)was my party. Ashley hung out for an hour before taking Lydia home to bed. Casi, Crystal, and Chris all left at around 11:45, which left Amanda, Sylvia, Pam, and I to have long drawn out conversations about the government and such while drinking massive amounts of liquor(why am I always surrounded by crazy liberals anyway?). Pam left at 2:15, and then Sylvia threw up and then passed out on my bed. Amanda and I crashed on the living room floor at 3:45, and then got up at 7:00 cause Amanda had to go work out with my cousin, and Sylvia had to go pick up her son. After they left I went back to sleep in my room, and slept till 1:00. When I woke up, mom had cleaned up the party mess. I really appreciate when she does things like that for me. It's kind of like having a house elf, lol. Now for the presents I made out with :)
1 hardcover sketch book with New Yorker cartoons 1 box of chocolates 2 bath sets 4 Harry Potter books 1 Cameo necklace (blue agate, diamonds, white gold, and my name engraved on the back)
Not a bad haul. All in all, it was a great birthday!!! | comments: Leave a comment |

| | So I finally got the details of the party worked out with Casi. It's happening here, at my house. How lovely! Now I have to spend the next two days cleaning my damn house! Just freaking great. Not too mention that, but I also have to come up with food to serve and go buy alcohol. I don't want to sound like a five year old, but it's my birthday, why do I have to do all the god damn work? *heavy sigh* I guess I'll just have to deal. At least I have a really cute new outfit to wear. New jeans, a black top that kinda has ruffled layers, and a hot pink knit top that goes over that and ties right under my breasts. It's very cute. I also got these cascading hearts earrings that I'm going to wear with it. I'm getting my hair dyed and cut tomorrow, gonna finish this blonde thing up once and for all. I need to call everyone and tell them what time the party starts, I was thinking around nine would be good. Well that's about it....I suppose I should start posting art with each entry..... hmmm, much to think about.... | comments: Leave a comment |

| | So yeah... I just remembered I have a LiveJournal. I suppose I should update. Ummmmm...I played pool last Friday night with my friends Amanda, Sylvia, Casi, and Chris. We pretty much just screwed around the whole time, never really played a serious game. I was scoping guys out, but failed to make eye contact with even one. Pretty pathetic. After we left Backstreet Billiards we went to the Reel Theater and saw The Grudge. That movie scared the shit out of me. At least there was a couple hot guys in it that I could ogle. We're having a huge bash on the 11th to celebrate me, Amanda, and Sylvia's birthdays. We're all turning 20. This Friday I'm going to go shopping and get some nice duds to wear at the party and to wear to dinner on Saturday. I'm pretty sure my mom's taking me to the Mona Lisa, but she hasn't spilled yet. Got my first Cosmo in the mail today...Ashley Simpson was on the cover so that had to come off. Yay, my first issue of Cosmo and now it has no cover. What else...lemme think. Dad: Alan, 49 years old. Hobbies: Starting projects and not finishing them and taking good care of me.

Isabel: My brother's wife, she's really nice.
Junior: My step nephew.
Karrie: 27 years old. My brother's ex wife. She's like a sister to me.
Alex: Karrie's husband. He's kind of a dick.
Kelsey: My 10 year old niece. Sweet as candy but you have to watch her, she's a master manipulator. She was born when I was nine years old and I love her like she's a sister/daughter more than a niece. We sort of grew up together. My baby doll, Sassyfrass, I know she'll turn out well.
Kalee: My 9 year old niece. Stubborn as hell, but she's got a good heart. Everyone's constantly telling me how much we look alike. We act alike too actually, and we get along fairly well as long as she's not pushing my buttons. She's my Kalee bug, Kujo(don't ask). She's on her way to great things. She's an artist too!!!
Dylan: My 6 year old nephew. My little Dillie, I wuv him so much! He's constantly picked on by his sisters, but he manages to give as good as he gets. The only boy in the bunch, he is singled out and loved on big time. Zoie: My 3 year old niece. Purely angelic, I have never seen a child with a better disposition. No tantrums, no tears (unless she's got an ouchie), no talking back, nothing. I wonder how the hell that happened, lol.
Ashley: 19 years old. We met in eighth grade and have managed to stay friends even though we don't have a whole lot in common. She's a beautiful girl and I  her big time. Nicknames: Mo, Shmo, Shmo-bot 2000, Ash, Crashley, Hash Brown.
Lydia: Ashley's baby daughter. I knew she would end up with red hair, lol, Ashley was convinced it would be black, but I knew it would be red! Nicknames: Lyddie-Bug, Princess
Amanda: 20 years old. We met in ninth grade. She's a truly awesome person with a big big heart. I've never met anyone else like her. She can make friends with any type of person! Nicknames:Mandy, Peg Leg Larry
Pamela: 19 years old. Pam and I met sometime ago, I can't quite remember. She's really smart and she can really make you think. A pure intellectual.
Robert: 21 years old. Pamela's boyfriend. He's really funny and he likes South Park a lot.
Casi: 19 years old. Casi is hilarious. She cracks me up so much. Casi and I met a few months before graduation through a mutual (now ex) friend, and we've been buddies since. Nicknames: Cass, Jew-mo, Damn Norwegian.
Chris: 19 years old. Casi's boyfriend. He's so nice it hurts, lol. He always has something interesting to say.
Sylvia: 20 years old. Sylvia is the other person in the group who can make me laugh till my sides hurt. She always has a snappy comeback to anything anyone says.
~Places~
Boise: Capital city of Idaho, also known as the city of trees. I was born here, I'll die here. The Bench: The area of Boise that I live in. Borah High School: My alma mater.... Boise State University: GO BRONCOS!!! Johnny's: The fast food joint where Pamela works. Kind of a hang out for the group. Edward's: Our main movie theatre. Bogus Basin: The hot ski spot! St. Luke's Regional Medical Center: I was born there, I'll probably die there, lol.
~Things~
Pete: A 35 year old ceramic dragon... Sophie: My Kia Sephia Maggie: Our Mustang Frank: My dad's truck ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today was a good day. I gave Amanda, Casi, and Pamela their X-mas gifts. Then I went with Casi and Chris down to this tattoo parlor to get Chris's ears gaged. After that we went to the Rubber Rainbow, which is a really cool condom store. They sell all sorts of cool stuff like lubricants, and books, and naughty games to play. On the way home Casi, Chris, and I talked about masturbation and such. I thought it was pretty cool how we're all so comfortable together that talking about such "lurid" things isn't embarrassing. Hell, this is only the third time I've even met Chris, lol. After I got home I found out that JK Rowling finished the sixth Harry Potter book. I'm so excited, I can barely sit still. That was pretty much my whole day. | comments: Leave a comment |
