4:06 pm	A post in which I kind of sound like Gretchen So I just sent an e-mail to the head of Art-Grads here at PU (not to be confused with my discipline head), about switching my discipline, most likely to some Interdisc. mix of Electronic Media (what I am now) and Photo. Very scary and emotional e-mail to write/send for some reason. There's always the chance they'll say no, then I have to live with my current program knowing I wanted out, or she could say "you're ETB because you weren't good enough for photography" and all that blood-pressure-raising jazz. ( The E-Mail ) Edit: There's also a part of me that feels like, since Art itself is not funding me, I should be able to take whatever I want and be in whichever discipline I desire, assuming I meet the skill/talent requirements, which Photo believes I do.
