I just want to let everyone know who is running around terrified at not being able to post files without 'permission' or who says they're 'not allowed' to share a file that that's all BS!!
Take TV shows like MS/MF/PJ/etc - they played openly on Japanese television. Same thing with PVs and Doramas, etc...No-one had to get 'permission' to watch them or tape them or put them on their computer or share them with their friends. The only people who own any rights to these shows are the original TV stations and artists themselves.
Your computer is like your TV. You're receiving these 'files' to watch on it. Don't think of these as 'files'. These are TV shows. FREE for you to watch and redistribute just like when you taped that show for a friend who missed it on TV in whatever country you're in. Did you care they didn't tell everyone who comes over to their house who gave them the tape? Last time I checked no-one I knew cared. The point was you were happy to get it to your friend. Right?
And don't give me this 'I spent so much time getting them and ULing them'. You pushed a button and it's your poor overworked comp that did all the work transferring all the bytes. You walked away and got yourself a sandwich, came back and posted a link.
Ooooh...scary stuff...
Have I gotten things and posted them? Yes. Do I care that someone took them and posted them without going "Spacebunnygirl posted it first."
Not really.
Because I don't own these things.
I repeat the only ones who own them are the original artists and producers, etc...who originally created them. And I don't think we want to get them involved or we'd all be shut down and no-one would get ahold of these absolutely fabulous artists material.
So don't act like you OWN these things because you DON'T! |

It won't load half of the sites. To even get anywhere I have to click on the link atleast twice and then it gives me a blank page and I have to click back and try the link again. Unless I go to my basic search page between sites it gets stuck on sites that I'm on. It won't let me open a second window...Posting comments on LJ requires trying to post a comment - it of course doesn't connect - which leaves the 'post' button inoperable - which means having to go to the main jounal of who I'm posting to and finding the entry and trying it all again....
Grrrrrrr.....
Even rebooting the computer doesn't help!
And can someone tell me how deleting almost 500 MBs worth of things off of my hard drive = suddenly being a gig lower in memory than before I deleted???
Ashdeha - did we miss each other? I was on Aim and didn't see you last night. ;_;

How long has it been since I posted something remotely interesting? ^O^
Ah! Someone requested a pic of my Pikachu camera - so here it is!!
Isn't it the cutest thing!! For anyone who doesn't know I have this minor Pikachu obsession. I have key chains, jewelry, plushy's of all kinds, 2 backpacks a little mini-clock...a framed picture...uhm...a pikachu talking spoon...lots of pikachu stuff! And yes! I do have MassuPiku vs Hello Kitty!! Because Hello Kitty is a new obsession of mine. ^O^
Work remains work. We lose people weekly...They can't decide if they want to work me 25 hours a week or 40+

I miss talking to everyone so much. :(
Thank you everyone for the congrats on the new job! What's the new job? I'm working at a children's apparel boutique. Which seemed like a really nice place 3 weeks ago...before the two really awesome managers who interviewed me were transferred - and the other quit without warning. Which left us two assistant managers who weren't trained how to run all the ins and outs of the store...O.o One of them is pretty cool. The other is...><
But enough about me!
I just found out that the reporter involved in the "incident" is going to be making her come back on November 1 with a new show!! And yet no announcement has been made regarding Uchi's return...does anyone else find this just a tiny bit unfair?? We were all hoping to see him back in October. But if FujiTV just made the news with the reporter coming back is Johnny going to hold him back till after November then??? ;_;
And some magazine actually went to Osaka to interview Uchi!! It's apparently a gossip magazine (週間女性) and I hear Uchi was very polite - but refused to talk about the incident because he can't without permission from 'the company'. Well of course he can't talk about it!
I'm jumping up and down waiting for 1 Liter of Tears to start!! I'm soooo excited about this. I hope the DL speed will be better than Ganbatte. I still don't have the last 3 episodes of that!! ;_;

No I am not ignoring everyone!! I feel so bad because I have soooo many comments to reply to!! But I just got a new job within the past few days with an hour commute to and from and on top of that the internet company is doing something weird and took away my internet for like 3 days straight. >< Finally tonight it's working! So I'm going to try and get to everyone's comments to reply!!

Okay - I have to admit. This is the first time that I have ever made a video with having absolutely no clue as to what is being said in the song. And I just know that someone on my friends list is going to know exactly what the song is about and is going to go "Why did you make a video to that???" *blush*
Well to be honest I loved the name as it was translated to me. "Overlooking Purposefully" Just seemed a good name for a Subaru video - and then I loved the beat of the song. So I really do apologize if it makes no sense if you understand the words.

So like do you know that no-one made a fan video for Yasuda's bday?? There are atleast 4 for Uchi - including my own posted below *cough* So I made one for him! :P
And I admit - the entire inspiration for this video was the spoken lines at the beginning of the song. Listen everyone. *Puts hand to ear* ROFL It's fun up beat and has a gratuitous amount of sexy guitar playing by our lovely Yassan.

After Satoshi of Arashi (which - when I first heard of them had no concept of 'Johnny's' or 'Jimusho' I thought it was you know - Arashi) but after that when I became aware that there were other groups besides Arashi - Uchi and Koyama were instantly my faves...so it is kind of like First Love, ne?

Poor NeWs hasn't had much of a chance to show their support for Uchi the way K8 has. They don't have a particular colour to wear and they really haven't had any public performances of late where they could do anything to show how much they're missing him too. Let's all hope he's back by the their next single!! I want him back to perform Sukiyannen!!!!

What isn't there to say about this performance!! I could dedicate an entire entry to this one!! From the pudding incident to Yu forgetting to hold up his smiley sun at the last chorus. Shingo constantly correcting them "Kansai! Kansai!" and Sub just screaming "OSAKA!" randomly. The audience with smiley sun wrist bands and necklaces and "How old are you?" ^O^
It was absolutely the best!! How in the world are they going to top it? Maru! Maru!!! Tell someone else Jikan Gire this week!!! |

Okay - I had this crazy idea - since this is a triple K8 bday month and their new single is going to be released all around the same time - I was wondering if anyone else would join me in a little K8 fun. I'm going to send a card to the three birthday boys - and I'm making it the Sukiyanen smiley sun! Was inspired after seeing someone's adorable recreation! (I know I saw it in the last 3 days but now I can't find it!!!!!!!!! If you were the one who made the adorable recreation - it's kawaaaaiiiii!)
I just thought it would be cute if they received a bunch of these for their bdays. (Not that they'd probably get them by then - but hopefully they'd see them eventually!) Well whether they do or not I'm sending mine in. :P

Been having some trouble getting on line the past few days. Only been on for a short time each time when I am. >< Yeah - the joys of my supposed always connected high speed internet.
And on top of it I admit to feeling just a tiny bit unsociable for a couple of days now. A couple of things all coming at once kind of thing. :( But don't worry - spacebunnygirl never remains unsociable for long. I wuv my friends too much for that. ^^

Wow look - I do post during the daytime sometimes...
News are busy boys when it comes to acting these days.
YamaPi is of course in the drama DragonZakura
Ryo is in Ganbatte Ikimasshoi and very soon will have a second drama 1 Liter of Tears
Ryo and Uchi are (at present knoledge) both still in the K8 drama Yakusoku scheduled for a Kansai only release this fall - with any luck Uchi will have returned by then and they won't remove his part from the drama)
Tegoshi was in 15 Sai no Blues
and now if rumour holds true Massu, Tegoshi, Shige, and Kusano have their own 4 part drama Ie ga Tooi (Distant House/Home) It starts airing Sep 14 and is about 4 High School boys hanging out on the streets because they don't want to go home. Interesting, ne? This will be Kusano's debut as an actor.
For those wondering where the clips of Koyama being kissed by the girl come from I have it on fairly good authority that that was a quick guest starring role in a Kyoko Fukuda/Nagase Tomoya drama - I haven't gone looking for it yet on D Addicts but it is listed on J Dorama.com (Koyama is not listed in the cast but it seems that was his only scene in the show so I'm not surprised) 彼女が死んじゃった - My Life After Her Death
Kanjani 8 will be appearing on Music Station this week! So look for them! yaaaaah!
I sooooo wish I could have gone to see Magical Summer!! It looked like it was so much fun!!! And of course I'm a true sucker for Shakespeare.
And azarashi you were right! Yokoyama is a woman in the play. And not just any woman - He plays Shingo's mother!!! O.o
I sooooo wish I could see more of Okura and Yasuda as the fairies!!! I am soooo hooked on their cuteness from the few pics I've seen!!
Anyone else catch K8 Tsuushin this week? It's up for grabs at Jpop suki - Haven't listened to it yet but the description says they discuss what kind of presents they'd get their girlfriends on their birthdays. ~_^ Shingo/Yoko/Maru/Okura are the guests - well I actually think Shingo hosts it. :P If you can't use/just hate jpop suki ( :P ) I'll up it for anyone who wants it. ^^ |
