It’s been two weeks since Breakout Beyond and I haven’t recapped at all. So it’s time!

Let me first thank everybody I (re)met and had so much fun with. That’s my roommate Siobhan, Caroline, Stef, Kirsty, Monique, Eva, Roz, James, Anita, Andrea, Carmen, Julia, Jade, Tammy and everyone I’m forgetting right now. You guys rock! And honorable mention to the ‘Angry Lesbian’!

I think I’ll do the day-by-day version. Here’s Friday!

Information about the Ryan Hansen appreciation project (donating to Invisible Children in his and KB's name and giving him gift bag with little presents and letters) is here. We would love for him to get last minutes letters/notes/arts etc!

Also, we will be giving Ryan the scrapbook for Kristen. They are very close and Ryan probably doesn't mind bringing it back to the USA for her.

Now I'm bummed. I can't even form normal thoughts. This was posted at Starfury forums about two hours ago.

I have been informed that sadly Kristen Bell is no longer able to attend BREAKOUT BEYOND. Her filming schedule on the film she is currently working on, WHEN IN ROME, sadly conflicts with the event and as a result of this work commitment she has had to cancel her appearance.

I am working on trying to bring Ms Bell to the UK at a future date.

I have been in contact with various other VM cast members over the past few months, so should be able to arrange a replacement guest within the next day or so.

I can appreciate that many will be dissapointed by this unfortionate turn of events, but unfortionately cancelations due to work is a risk each time I book a big name guest for an event (and in the past few months Kristen has become extremely in demand as an actress). However, I am committed to presenting an excellent VM guest line up, and will endeavour to find replacements from VM that ensures all attendees still have an excellent time at the event.

As we always clearly advertise, guests commit to attending conventions subject to their acting work commitments. This means that if they get a role in a film or TV series that conflicts with the convention, they will have to cancel their appearance at the convention. They are actors first and foremost, and it would be unreasonable to expect them to jeopardise their acting career to attend a convention.

As you're all probably aware by now, Kristen will be attending Breakout Beyond, a Veronica Mars/Prison Break convention held in London on June 13-15th. So a bunch of us over at FF (Fanforum) decided to give Kristen a present in the form of a fanbook at Breakout Beyond. I'm going to link you guys to wowsugarpuss_ 's LJ post because that will be the master post where you guys can sign up if you want to take part.

There will probably also be a gift project for Jason since he's coming again!
