Anyone who knows anything about DJing Equipment... I have a few questions for you...
1. Do you know of any places around here (Raleigh or VA) that are good to get equipment from?
2. What equipment should I look at? (What's a complete no-no, and what are brands that are awesome?)
3. Any input/info you'd give to someone looking into this sort of information that you'd recommend?
It's in my thoughts right now, and yeah... along with r1ch1e's. He and I have a plan. A plan of TWINKIE DOOM!

Muaahaha. Long time, no post in this journal eh? ;)
Well, I've been updating synunoi... and am cutting the friends list... hardc0re. ANYWAY... that's not the reason I'm posting here today...
I am announcing, publicly (wow) that I'm actually going to go on a diet, starting today.
I just feel like I need support... because I've been slightly successful in the past... but it's just so difficult doing this... while living in this household. I suppose that's why I haven't gone very far with past "dieting" experiences.
Mom and Dad have their "must haves" of cookies, doughnuts, squishie cakes, sodas, popcorn, and plenty of other ridiculously unhealthy and sodium filled shit. Yes, I enjoy squishie cakes... but only the strawberry ones -- good thing my parents don't buy those often eh? ;)
I'm just becoming frustrated with myself. I want... change... really badly.
I can blame all of this on hormone fuckups (which is... ehh... partially my problem), or I can decide that I'm the one that fucked up, and I'm the one that is going to fix it. I'm sick of babbling about my pco problems, and yadda yadda ya... it really doesn't matter.
So here's to my current change dance for me! Oh... and it really shouldn't be called a "diet" so much as a change. I don't intend for this to be temporary. No, I am not cutting out all indulgences, that'd be stupid. But, I'm trying to be healthier and... I don't know... less like Nick[jclooklikeme] when he eats potato chips :x hehehe.
By the way... I'm looking into modeling.. sure.. fat or not I guess I could do it... ;) Show some progress bay-bee.
Anyone have any suggestions or anything? :)
Today the synthetic hair is out, and my regular hair is back in!

Okay. So this is where I begin to get annoyed with spoOkie poOpie and I ...
ASK FOR HELP
The provider of spoOkie poOpie's guestbook AND counter has been down for a ridiculous amount of time [and with my luck, if anyone goes to look at the site, it will be working fine for them]... now, this is where my plea for help comes in.
Somebody help me! :o
[1] I need a DIFFERENT [possibly] more reliable [free] place that offers guestbooks and counters [text counters are preferred] that I could switch to...
[2] I need someone to tell me how I can make my own.... [now that would be a feat... :o]
OR
[3] I need someone to make one and/or help me set it up on spoOkie poOpie
I don't know what kind of stuff you need to know in order to write one of those... I was just in a cheese-ball C++ class that I probably couldn't spout off anything about anymore [even though I left the class with the highest grade... strange eh?].... whatever.
Basic point of this post is that it is a cry for help.

So I'm feeling really shitty and sick right now... so I got off-line from my mother's computer, and went to my room to lie down. My grandma called, and asked if I'd come to her house to scrub the kitchen floor sometime -- I told her I would when my ankle didn't feel so stupid. After I got off of the phone with her, I checked the internet answering machine, and what do you know. The chick that interviewed me today at Applebees [Lisa] had called me back for another interview with someone else on Wednesday. I really hope that this one goes well....
I really sincerely need a job. And this would be a good opportunity... yeah, people get on my nerves a lot, but at the same time, I also meet really neato people a lot of the time, and I like interacting with different types... FYE made me that way, and I'm proud to say that I am no longer the terribly shy person that once worked in a corporate music store. I have since matured into a less-frightened person to a slightly more ... charismatic ... actress of sorts... since... I am really only "out-going" when it comes to job related shit... otherwise... I can still be shy [read: meeting people for the first time around sometimes I just get really weirded out and quiet] [see also recent event: meeting Bonesaugustusbones, Benmalykhai, and Sam -- sleep and not talking was my escape]...
So anyway this is just a ramble, I'm lying on my stomach, feeling vomit imbued... maybe I ... shouldn't be lying on my stomach....

[ps] Lee Lee[pinkhidespider] is on the roll again, and she's working on the NEW spoOkie poOpie layout... so far what I've seen is impressive, I can't wait to see the rest ;)
