So I just got back from the walk-in clinic. I've been having problems with my breathing, tight chest, pressure, difficulty taking deep breathes, worse symptoms after I eat. He gave me a prescription for an acid-type reducer, which my mom thinks was a shot in the dark. I don't think it's acid, so I'm not reassured.

Maybe I should have told him about the shooting pains.

I'm pretty sure my job is making me depressed. I can't wait to quit. I wish I could now, but I need the money.

So my week didn't start out so great, but I'm feeling a whole lot better. I'm still a little stressed out from school work but hopefully the holidays will be a boost.

*happy sigh*

It's kind of nice to not have to be scrambling to finish an essay that's due tomorrow...although I should be fixing it up right now.

To-Do List

Finish World History Essay due May 28
Start Canadian History Essay due May 29
Study for World History that's on Thursday
Pull together Film Festival that's on May 31
Aerobics Presentation on June 5

Then after that I can finish my jean skirt, update my fashion blog, finish my formal dress...

I'm weird so you can probably disregard this, but there's something about creating an event and inviting a whole bunch of people to it on Facebook that makes me feel very vulnerable.

I'm easily embarrassed so I really don't like having that I'm the only confirmed guest, and that I created it, and made up the shitty description.

I need to learn to let things go.

So I figure I'll be fine as long as I don't ever have to hear the number 17 ever again, or reminded about being 17. That can be done, right?

Yes, my birthday is on Monday, and it's not that I don't want to be 18, because I'm sure it's amazing, but I like being 17 and I don't want to miss it. I hate missing things, it's so annoyingly depressing to yearn for the past. I can only hope that being 18 isn't really any different than 17, which is funny because I bet there are a ton of people out there that want to feel profoundly different when they turn 18.

I think I just need to take the mindset I had last year.

"Pssh I'm so over being 17, bring on 18" is what I would say.

I want to go to the drive-in so badly right now.

Why can't it be summer already?

In a period of intense boredom, I almost considered creating a fashion blog.

Good thing I'm not shallow enough to dedicate a whole blog to something that superficial.

I don't think I did very well on my exams.

I don't think I'm going to make honour roll this year.

I'm so fucking pissed.
