10:03 pm - Dear Death

Please stop taking away people that I like. Just because I like them does not mean you can just take them away. If this is for weltching on a bet, say so.

08:46 pm - Things and Other Things.
I went to the IGDA NJ Picnic (I missed the demo show apparantly) and I had fun. There were less people than I thought there would be, but there was ton of food that later rotted in the sun and I played awesome games I never heard of before. At the next 2600 Meeting, I am forcing everyone to play a game of Fluxx! :3

Oh, and I have good news on that missing SD Card. Like I thought, dude was totally clueless that he could have an SD Card in his Wii and we exchanged contact info. When I go into the city to meet Matt on Monday, I can go and pick it up at his place. So it seems that my pictures are saved!

Depending on how we work this out, we may switch from the awesome but more taxing Clef game to a simple arcade game about a dude on a skateboard. Should be fun but I have to talk to him about it.

I am about to install Firefox on this bitchin' 500 gig external drive and change my scheduel on my website. Go check it out in a few hours to see new content as well as new stuff I am doing this month date wise.

Trick Smokes are going slow but surely. I know exactly what I want and what I genrally need to do to construct them. I am going to order my materials next week and once I get them I will be in the testing phase. I also must find a sutable location around here that will not disturb people with all the noise, since I do not have a pyro licence...and I look like Alah Kah Boom I do not want the fuzz on me again.

War with Facebook starts tomarrow. Oh, and for the next 2600 for my closest friend their...I have a hack that could potentially be one of the biggest hacks in five years if pulled off correctly.

The Main thing I have been working on right now (besides finding a damn job) is my Furry Zine that I want to put out: Furry Confidential. I am going to register the domain soon and I have pretty much outlined what I want to do.

It is going to be a Furry Magazine that is more focus on the activities and perspectives on the Fandom as well as the effects and reactions the Fandom has to the world we live in. Sure, I am going to have about ten pictures and some will be pornographic, but the focus (like recent Playboy issues) will be on the actual articles inside the magazine.

So for the structure should and will go like this...

-- Cover: Looks like a secret document menella folder. Has our name stamped on and a Drawing or Photos seemingly stapled onto it as our cover art.

-- Inside Front Cover: A clean version of the cover. Either the drawing in black and white or the photo in black and white without the shopped in effects.

-- Index of Magazine.

-- For Your Eyes Only: Intro to that issue's magazine.

-- Articles from people. Stuff I would like to see is one on how to manufacture fur suits, or even about fursuiting on a daily basis. Character creation and writing. Political views of the current world, rants, ect. Spiritual views on the Furry Fandom. Perspective of mature baby furs. Interviews with various furries. Reports on the activites in MUD's and/or Second Life. Writeups on current cons in that issue's quarter. Reports and persepectives on various fads in the fandom. Artist tips on how to draw furries. Short stories or on going fiction, maybe a storified log of RP. Ect. Ect. Ect. Some articles exclusive to print edition.

-- Around the Bulb: My own ongoing article on a particular issue of my life and the world in that quarter.

-- Furry Underground: Put right in the middle of the staple fold is a two sides calender for the months on that quarter. It has two months on the outside, then one month and an small artwork/photo on the inside. It list the dates of all the furry cons, furry meets, internet shows, events and stuff in the fandom. Since it is in the center, it is designed to be ripped out and used like a mini desk calender or hung on a wall. Only in the print version.

-- Visual Contraband: Our 4-10 images ranging from playfull scenes to epic battles, to tender momemnts to full on yiffy pleasure. Some images only in the print version.

-- Stealth Communications: Our letters page where people send us questions and comments and I (or the staff) answers them to the best of our ability. Only in the print version.

-- Furry Black Market: Our marketplace where people can sell their stuff or advertise their own personal venues. Only people who subscribe to our print can advertise here. Only in the print version.

-- Agent Dosser: The staff page with credits and shout outs.

-- Back Cover Inside: -- Our games section where we have a few print games to play, such as RPG mini-lists or print games to play. I am working on a game called MadLibs Live! where people send in their libs and in the next issue those libs are chosen at random to complete the story. I am also working on a Furry version of Sudoku.

-- Back Cover: A few comic strips. If no one is going to do a political comic featuring furries, then I can do that one myself.

So that is how I have broken it down so far. I want this magazine to be 45-60 pages long hopefully.

I do not need artist for the Contraband section, I have a ton of friends who want to do centrpeices and covers. However, I do need everything else. I need people who can do comic strips/stories for the back. I need people who can write an article and a story or two for each issue. It does not have to be a feature thing, but if you are interested in doing ongoing features please talk to me. Finally, I also need people to help me with the proccess and sponcering/promote this magazine.

Hence why I have no plans for it to be release until Jan next year.

*phew*

11:23 pm - MySpace VS Facebook
We have a winner.

MySpace is the lesser of two evils. I woke up today to find out that my Facebook was deleted. Here is what they have to say:

Facebook enforces limits on the site in order to prevent certain actions that can be considered abusive. Your account has been disabled for persistent and rapid use of a certain feature. Unfortunately, for security reasons, we will not be able to further explain these limits. -- Dickfaces @ Facebook

Ok, so they are going to condem me without stating what my "crime" is? What is this the Soviet Union?

*sigh*

I really do want to go back, I met a ton of friends on there and it would not be hard to get them back. However, I am (like with YouTube for awhile) currently pissed that they just deleted the thing. At least YouTube E-Mailed me and told me what my crime was. Facebook was like coming home from the city and finding your house gone.

Why do I have a feeling that Agent Steel was behind all this? Sounds like his kind of work!

*sigh*

So I hung out with Alex and Vermont today. Went to Vermont's giant pink estate today which I never done before. Yes, the house is pink. For real. I will get a picture one day.

We ate hot dogs, played Wii, watched the Dave Chappell (damn my spelling) Show and watched Golden Boy. I never seen that Anime, only Hentai of it. Now I know why there is Hentai of it and the Hentai is more deep than this stuff. Its the ancestor to Tomo Ikagake's work. Although I was highly amused that in the English dub the main pervert character sounds like Alex.

*snicker*

....

Oh, I mean-

*sigh*

Lastly, here is a YouTube video that once again describes exactly how I feel about a certaint issue surounding China:

05:24 am - My Wii is like Hanhucka...It Never Ends!
Man, I am already getting swamped by movie and the games are not helping either.

I just bought Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People, or SBCG4AP, my first WiiWare game and it was hillarious, well made and suprisingly chalanging! I cannot wait for the next episode! I mean, not only is an E-Mail tax funny but its not that far away from the truth in our current political climate!

Ok, so not only do I have a bunch of Wii Games that are out already that I want to own and at ton of stupid cheep Gamecube games I have yet played, but this years list is crazy never mind next years!

Let me explain, get a snack because this one is long as hell... )

P.S. Anyone find it odd that the American Empire is trying to tell Russia to stay out of Georgia. I mean, they should stay out of it, but we are basically saying "kettle you are one black mother fucker!" That and when people say Georgia they think of the state so now we have a bunch of dumb Americans thinking that the UK is the next terroist cell. -,-;

06:17 pm - Its All...Part of the Plan
Ok, now lets return back to our normally schedueled programming after I had to yell at Death yet again.

Here are some future plans that I am going to work on this month and next month, hell even in a few days.

-- Trick Ciggarettes. I am slowly searching and gathering resources to build and test them out. Open Beta testing will begin by pretending to be the spokesperson of a tobacco company giving out free samples of new product and the results will be recorded candid camera style. If all works well, I will make a video on how to make these things.

-- Stand-Up Return. I am scoping out open mic-night venues to get back into the joke telling this month.

-- New game information. Depending on how my talk with Matt will go, we may scrap Cleff and work on a whole new more arcade-like game about skateboarding.

-- Hacker Talk Prep. Working on an outline for two talks I want to debute in 2010: "Why So Serious? An introduction to the Hacker World via Batman" and "Video Game Homebrew VS Piracy". After prep work is all done I will go on tour to as many hacker cons as I can to present these two talks.

-- RFID @ GDC. The idea is at the Game Developers Confrence next year, I want the AMD project people to work with the con game people to make RFID Badges like at The Last Hope but with better tech and designed for the con game. Normally they do pen & paper stuff but I think it would be cool to have point games of tag and stuff going on at the con using the RFID. Plus the space is so huge it would be a good way to find people you are looking for. My only request is that I design the game, we all get credit, and we have a panel at the end of the con to explain how we did it and to give out the rewards to the best players.

-- Furry Confidential. This is the biggest thing I am working on that will take me I think until the beginging of next year to do this. I am going to, after years of people at FAOD not doing this with me, my own furry magazine. The design of it is going to be similar to 2600 Magazine: A small notebook sized magazine filled with stuff that has an edgy and unauthorised feel. The hopefully design will be an opening statement by me, a bunch of articles and stories filling it out and a center art gallery of clean and adult art. I hope to cover all topics about furries and socity such as: Furry and National Headlines, Interviews, Perspectives, Philosophy, Politics, Animal Spirituality, Fur Suiting, Baby Fur Perspective, Second Life Reports and Triva & Games. I plan on doing some of the stuff in this but I will be recruiting people to do articles and art, more so the articles than the art part. I also have a plan for distrobution and sales: It will be a quarterly magazine like 2600 and most of the articles and artwork will be archived online for free. The paid version will arive 2 weeks to a month ahead of the internet version with exclusive articles, art and the mail bag section only found in the print edition.

Pray for me that one of these things will work out at one point.

How this gen's is turning out to be:

Denial: - "Yeah, the Wii is a third pillar, wii60 / PSthwii ftw!"

Anger: - "Fucking casuals are killing real gaming"

Bargaining: - "Well as long as we get some of the big AAA titles, I don't really mind I guess"

Depression: - "If this gen belongs to the Wii I'm going to quit gaming. No, for reals."

Acceptance: - "Looks like graphics aren't the be all and end all of gaming after all. Huh."

Who knew NeoGAF would have bright people?

So I bought and rented a bunch of video games lately. After hearing about the reviews of Soul Calibur 4 (and how Yoda really fucks up the game) for consoles I will never own, I bought Soul Calibur 2 but the disk does not work. I have to return it this week. The other games that I bought which were perfictly well are 1080 Avalanch, Gemoetry Wars Galaxies and Chocobo Dungeon.

Chocobo is a good game. I am suprised this much quality comes out of Square-Enix's B-Team. The voice acting is very well done, it has story and characters I actually care about (unlike Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy XIII) and I like that it is old school Final Fantasy but with a real time Rouge-like twist. I wish the graphics were a little bit better, and I have no tried out the online mode because it forces you to play the game to get the minimum ammout of cards before getting online. Guess they never heard of a STARTING DECK like in real life.

1080 Avalanch is cool for a Gamecube game and is kind of like the fun ancestor to SSX Blur. Geometry Wars Galaxies rocks as always, expecially since I only got it for $20 new.

I also rented some other Wii Games. Mario Kart Wii just hand down rocks. It has fun gameplay and is a real improvement in the Kart Racing genre. It's online system alone blows Smash out of the water, hell it even rivals many of the games on X-Box Live! Nothing can beat Quake 3 Arena though. Anyhow, Wario Ware Smooth Moves is stupid fun, I hope to buy it and take it to the next IGDA Meeting so all the drunks can play it.

Painful story though. During one of the hard parts where everything was going by very fast, one of the games had me jump and I forgot that there is a gigantic cealing fan up there. Long story short, I hit my head at full force into the jagged side of the glass light bulb holder. No punctures or bleeding, but I had one of a headache. I ended up popping in some major "can-knock-murd0c-out-for-six-hours" sized pain killers and while I am fine now, it was actually fun playing the game while high. I actually understood the zainyness. Now I know how they created the game in the first place! :3

Boom Blox is a very excilent game, yet the presentation takes it down much. Things just pop in and out, there are no voice overs and no MII'S! The thing is kiddy just for kiddy sake, oposite off a "kid cool" like in Animaniacs or Avatar. So it kind of brings everything down a bit. Oh yea, I also got Lunar Knights (finally) for a whopping $16 but being my busy/lazy self I have not played it yet.

I am still working on more updates to my website, I hope to have them out by later today or by Friday. Depends on how fast I work or how hard my Mom cons me in doing her work for her.

Meh.

04:56 pm - My Crazy Weekend
Do not be suprised if this gets bigger as you refresh the page, because some much went on from the 17th to the 22nt of July that I barely remember myself. I now know what it is like to be murd0c.

So, the first thing on my list was the Jajo Fundraiser. There was a very good turn out, not my kind of people...if there is one thing I hate more than snooby slutty colage age art people, its drunk snobby slutty colage age art people. Overall everything went great and a ton of money was made. I should have pictures and video soon on here and my website after I do some errands, I also have some vids to put on YouTube of this and HOPE.

But before I get into HOPE, I also saw The Dark Knight in IMAX at 4:00 AM in the morning and it was well worth it. The movie was fantastic, best movie I have seen since The Matrix and on IMAX everything was so fucking huge I felt I was going to fall into the screen. If you have to see it than see it in IMAX. Still have not seen any other movie besides Wall-E wich was also excelent and I hope to get my ass in gear to see the rest. In short, this review sums it up nicely.

So after that it was time to sleep in the lobby using my super lounge chair and it was time to get my badge for hope. This is not detailed and my memory is fuzzy so bare with me here.

I got my badge by threatening the badge booth people and I head upstairs to a put together Mezzanine. It was very cool when it was all set up, with the vendors and Club Mate, the only drink that looks like piss and tastes like nothing. Project Telephreak gave us free phone calls, though there was one asshole there that I pwnd latter with a PLA sticker. I need to avoid that man in the future.

I wish the AMD project was up full and not still beta testing and crashing, but that ended up being the coolest thing at the con. I talked to some of the guys and I hope to pitch to the GDC MetaGame Group to use the RFID's in our badges so we can make fun floor games.

There were also a ton of artist there and it was all very cool stuff, good stuff that Jajo would be looking for. Here are some of the talks I saw at least in part:

- E-Mail: Descendant of the Telegram
- Hacking Cool Things With Microcontrollers
- The Attendee Meta-Data Project
- Monumental Women Who Influenced Today's Technology
- The New York City Taxi System: Privacy VS Utility
- How Do I Pwn Thee? Let me Count the Ways...
- Hacking the Mind, Hacking the Body: Pleasure
- Instalation Art in HOPE Space
- Reprimand Panel
- Bagcam - How Did TSA and/or the Airlines Manage to Do That to Your Luggage?
- Safecracking
- Hackatter Premiere
- Social Engineering
- Graffiti Research Lab Extravaganza
- What and Who is Anonymous?
- Grand Theft Lazlow - Hacking the Media by Laughing at Them
- Adam Savage Panel
- No Tech Hacking
- Closing Ceremonies

Lost to see this year, lots I missed. If you want to see them, you can find most of the talks on torrent here!

I had my own private panel in the Off-Track Zuse room titled "Video Game Homebrew VS Piracy". For a panel that was unlisted, with a lack of video game related stuff, no visuals, no demonstrations and only a few fliers for advertisements...it was fucking awesome. I had 4 people from the start and it ended up being at lest 16 people I counted who all ate it in. I am excited, I have two years now and I figure if that was the last minute talk and it turned out like that, I am very curious to how an Offical Listed Super Duper Version at a con would turn out.

Video of that will hopefully be coming soon!

What you can watch is our PLA Panel wich turned out better than I imagined it. We were packed with people and they fell for every single joke we planed and some we did not! I almost lost my bag there but then again I almost lost a ton of things at the con, including my awesome self-made Vader on a Segway T-Shirt from The Hacktory. If you would like to what went on you can see the abridged version below.

Or You Can Download The Entire Thing Here!

So afterwards we hung around and people took some pictures.

http://picasaweb.google.com/jammie718/071908HOPEPLAPanel

http://picasaweb.google.com/superherogirl/TheLastHOPE

Then we headed up to the Radio Statler project room and talked bullshit for two hours on radio. You can hear the entire mess at this link.

After that I took the A down to the L and went to Brooklyn to the Hacker Half-Way House Party. It was a very awesome party with lots of drinks and hot chicks, too bad the AC was broken and we were all baking in there.

Videos and pictures of this will also come soon!

So I then took the same rout back to Hoteln Pen where I tried to rest in the hammock room but they had loud videos there and after being disturbed by "Crack Heads Gone Wild", I shit you not that is what it was called, I left. Leo's room was full, so I ended up sleeping on the 6th Floor with the secret room on the leather couch.

After I woke up I ran into Chechire Catalyist and I took a picture of him. I need to send that to him latter on. I also added him to Twitter, I had no idea he had one.

So I was dicking around mostly while panicking about my potentially lost shirts when I got them back and I attended the closing ceramonies.

Then I went back home after helping Rob and everyone clean up and was rewarded with shwag from all the past HOPEs. It was one of the best times of my life and I cannot wait two years from now when I have some real shit to talk about for once.

Sadly, the bad news is that the IGDA meeting I lost my old SD card. The good news is that it is in a friend's Wii who comes to these meetings all the time so I am going ot ask him next meeting if I can get it back. I would go balistic if something happend to it.

On the tool front though, I have new tools! These include a very compack multi tool, keyhole saw, blow torch and more. By September, I am going to be like Felix the cat with his bag of tricks! Hay, everything I put in there ends up being used in emergencies at least once, and I mean everything! @,@;

So yup that is pretty much it. When I get home I have a flurry of phone calls to make and I will have finally got my external hard drive to solve my space problem. 500 gigs here I come!

P.S.

Alex Rogan-er-Robie....you rock!

12:22 am - Quick Rant
Yes, I am going to talk about The Dark Knight and The Last Hope, and my new internship at Jajo very soon.

But first I need to get this small rant out of my system.

Ok, in Harry Potter. Greyback was my fave character. He was the best Death Eater IMO because of how fucked up evil he is next to Voldemort and that he was the other wearwolf.

So you know who they are going to cast in the movie to play him?

This guy... )

What. The. Fuck!?!

That guy is way too young. If he was to gash Lupin as a child, they would have been the same age, shit, he would have been younger. Makes no sense, but that is brain dead Hollywood for ya! They also forgot that he is not a large grunt but a very creepy man. This is just bullshit!

You know what my pick for this role was?

The all mighty secondary character actor, Bruce Spence.

You most likely have seen him in all your favorite movies, but had no idea who he was. He is amazing and just to prove that he can play creepy ass characters in heavy make up:

P.S. I always heard his Mouth of Sauron's voice when I read Greyback's lines.

02:56 am - Updates and....Stuff
Best Quotes about the Mess that was Superman Returns:

"No Singer and his homage to Donner's original. No Routh playing Christopher Reeves playing Superman. No miscast Kate Bosworth as Lois Lane. No kid with superpowers. No Kevin Spacey. No Kumar. No whacky evil sidekicks in general.

The Superman character is too whitebread in general for today's audiences. No one wants the boy scout superhero anymore. They want them either dark (Batman) or flawed (Iron Man). Cloning Donner's original (which was great) was the wrong move for Singer.

They don't need a complete reboot for Superman, but they do need to change the direction and tone. If you are going to keep the boyscout Superman, you gotta amp up the action. Or at least go in the direction that the comics have gone in the past where Superman's boy scout attitude gets in the way of him doing good because he blindly follows the wrong leaders."

"They would've stuck to the 'harsher tone' that they originally had planned for this movie. From what I understand, the world was supposed to be bordering on a state of chaos because he left. Consequently, people were pissed off at Supes for leaving, and he had to win back the trust of the masses. There were hints of that in SR, but most of it was interpersonal shit that no one cared about."

"Singer and Ang Li both made the same mistake. Namely, trying to graft personal stories about fatherhood onto action films where they weren't a good fit in the first place, at the expense of the action and spectacle that both characters require. Seriously, certain characters (Batman and DC, Spiderman at Marvel) are more character driven while others (Superman and the Hulk) are more action oriented. Know your material and proceed wisely."

"I really think we need to see a broken society in this flick. We need Superman as a model for the world to see."

Here is some great news, the one I meant to talk about 8 billion years ago. I now have my first internship at the budding Jajo Art Gallery co-owned by one of my very few friends in High School. If things turn out right at the initial stages, this could turn to being a paid internship, making this my first job.

Apologies to not showing up to the Auxiliary 2600 Meeting. I was ill that day and better that day than all of The Last Hope.

Working on the PLA 15th Anniversary Flier and my own website, among other things.

Still psyched for The Dark Knight.

07:55 pm - The Day Before The Fourth

I keep on looking at this month and wow. So many movies to see, places to go, books to read, people to meet, games to play. This is going to be an overwhelming month.

However, my first main excitement is that they recovered lost footage of Metropolis! It is a 16mm copy of the 32 original, but it is better than nothing and now we have new awesome shots like this:

I cannot wait to own a new cut of this film!

Speaking of films, here is ANOTHER FUCKING LIST OF FILMS I WANT TO MAKE!

Drought/Greenhouse (Working Title) -- This is an actual real project of mine that I have been working on during my free time from everything else. The scriptment is almost done and an real script I hope to work on soon after it's completion. This is my remake and re imagining of the film The Day the Earth Caught Fire. Film takes place in the not so far off future, the result of a world torn by a massive WW III nuclear attack. The resulting atomic bombardment was so strong it pushed the earth a couple of feet closer to the sun, giving birth to a new hell hole where most of everything is dead and it is so hot that water boils and evaporates on contact with sunlight. This story is about a journey of five characters living in a version of London that is a shell of it's former self living in desperation and fear. The only way one lost mad scientist feels they could ever rectify the sins of humanity is to create a counter-reactive nuclear blast to re-align Earth. The five survivors end up banning together to steal the last atom smasher from the criminals amidst the riots and chaos, trying to out run a mad lunatic called Xeric who wants to stop the bomb for his own selfish needs.

The Authority -- Adaption of the Wildstorm series about a group of super powered beings living in an alternate world were "super heroes" are agents of the government. I do not really have many plans for this, I just have always wanted to do an adaption of this.

The Prince of Cinema -- Biography of Louis Le Prince, who is thought to be the world's first successful attempt to record moving images, and hence the very first motion picture film. He was never able to perform a planned public demonstration in the United States because he mysteriously vanished from a train in September 16 1890.

Alien: Origin of Species -- Another shallow one. I have always wanted to make a REAL SEQUEL (no Alien VS bullshit) using OMNIMAX tech to make the audience truly feel surrounded by the terrors that would await.

The Green Hornet -- Well I wanted to do this but Seth Rogan beat me too it. He wants to make it into a modern day comedy. Fucking bummer, I wanted to make it more like this but set in the 1940's: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Rjm53J1G4M

The P.L.A.I.N. Janes -- Another adaption (see how much I love them) of the ground breaking comic from Cecil Castellucci. The story is about a girl named Jane who moves to suburbia after a terrorist attack in her hometown of Metro City. When she arrives she is automatically rejected by the popular girls and founds a clique with three other girls named Jayne (aka Brain Jane), Jane (Theater Jane), and Polly Jane (Sporty Jane). Together they form P.L.A.I.N. (People Loving Art In Neighborhoods) and commit "art attacks" to try and brighten up the atmosphere of fear that follows the terrorist attack.

M -- Speaking of Fritz Lang, I have always wanted to do a real, proper "Psycho-like" remake of the movie M. For those who have no idea what this truly remarkable film is about, the very basic idea is that the crime gangs of Berlin coming together to track down a child serial killer that has eluded the police and nd the gangs step in just to get the cops off of THEIR backs.

I know I have been on a movie streak lately, but I cannot help it. Most of the stuff I am trying to do is boring to talk about or would give me a head ache. My Dog Lady is getting tons better, I am prepping to co-host the PLA Panel and maybe an unscheduled talk. My website is almost done I just have to finish formating and updating my resume. Right now there is just a teaser page at www.jordanwhite.net

So that is allt here is really. Oh one more thing, funny read:

04:11 am - Help Me PLA, Your My Only HOPE
If you have not heard of The Last Hope then I need to spank you. NOW!

Join me and others at the Hotel Penn that I tried to save and won because the economy rocks to...aww fuck it let the description say it:

Phone Losers of America

Murd0c, Rob T. Firefly, Leo, Sidepocket

The Phone Losers of America's 15th anniversary panel will include video presentation of various prank calls, real-life pranks on unsuspecting businesses and people, audio prank calls, real-time questions and answers, as well as a history of prank calls, phone phreaking and the ways the PLA have gone about setting everything up.

I will be lending my knowledge(?) to this as well as other things. If things go as planned this will be an event of a life time. If not...fuck.

I also have more motivation to strive well in the Video Game Industry. I know I sent it in late, but they rejected my cool talk idea. Guess I need to fully make some shit to get me in next time. Here was what could have been.

Homebrew VS Piracy: Thinking Outside of the Mushroom Kingdom

The hot subject in today's gamer media is the increasing threat of piracy. Piracy has made video game developers panic in terror. Companies losing millions of dollars each year has forced the industry to put a choke hold on anyone who does anything with their systems outside of the norm. However what the industry does not know, is the world of people who find exciting new ways to play with their devices and over all develop better techniques to further gaming. However with the "piracy scare" causing the industry to lump these DIY explorers with the malicious pirates, how can both users and the industry learn to evolve peacefully? This presentation will look into the past, present and future of both piracy and home brew, detail the parasitic relationship between the two as well as highlight the vast differences. Example of such home brew and systems mods will also be highlighted.

Even though my talk was tossed aside like a used tampon, I am happy now!

01:31 am - A God Died on Monday
Sorry that it seems I am so late to the party, I was over at Alex's house and all sorts of crap until I could get onto my machine. I found this out that day on his.

For those who somehow do not know what this man has done...look at some of these movies. I am sure you may have seen one of them during your life:

* Heartbeeps (1981)
* The Thing (1982)
* Friday the 13th Part III (1983)
* The Terminator (1984)
* Aliens (1986)
* The Monster Squad (1987)
* Predator (1987)
* Pumpkinhead (1988)
* Leviathan (1989)
* Edward Scissorhands (1990)
* Predator 2 (1990)
* The Flash (TV series) (1990)
* Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991)
* Batman Returns (1992)
* Jurassic Park (1993)
* Interview with the Vampire (1994)
* Congo (1995)
* The Island of Doctor Moreau (1996)
* T2 3-D: Battle Across Time (1996)
* Ghosts (1997)
* The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997)
* Small Soldiers (1998)
* Lake Placid (1999)
* End of Days (1999)
* Pearl Harbor (2001)
* A.I. (2001)
* Jurassic Park III (2001)
* Darkness Falls (2002)
* Big Fish (2003)
* Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003)
* Wrong Turn (2003)
* Constantine (2005)
* Iron Man (2008)

The good times are officially now over. I hope that with his passing George Lucas will not fucking win and people will continue doing practical effects for a long long time afterwards.

Another guy I will never get the chance to work with.

Oh, and Jurassic Park 4 is now terminally fucked.

04:37 am - I Hate Hollywood.
I was going to have a more insightful post here, but this was so bad that now this fuck up has taken it's place.

First I was raped in video games when I found out the next Moral Kombat game was going to be some dumb team up with DC Comics.

Now, it is film's turn to dump a big giant hairy turd in my life in the form of Death Race. They were going to remake it. I was excited! Remember this:

Imagine that with the latest technology. Green Screen, CGI, Better Prosthetics, Mo-Cap. Frankenstein as Christian Bale. Asia Argento as Annie Smith. Benicio del Toro as Machine-Gun. Stephen Colbert would be a must as Mr. President! This would be a camp beauty that only Grindhouse could jerk off too.

But...thanks to Hollywood and the political correct world we live in...this is what we have for the new ADD MTV Dane Cook Plastic Shoe Generation Fucked:

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

*dies inside*
