Maximum the Hormone is my 5th most listened-to artist on LastFM. I only have one of their albums... And this new single :D
This song is kind of every style of music they produce all rolled up into one. The part cute-girl!drummer sings is... Hilarious xD

Our doorbell is broken (landlord knows, will fix it when he feels like it), so after two failed deliveries, Ro picked it up for me at the post-office today! Of course there are photo's of the epicness of unpacking such a thing. Whee!

MY WACOM INTUOS3 A4 IS HEEEEEERE!!!

First thing doodled on it: squiggly lines. Yay :D

Had to work again today, so monday will be a day off again, yay :D

I also just ordered a Wacom Intuos3 A4. Happy! XD

Because I don't know whether I'll start to burst ickyness from the top or the bottom of my body. Either way, it's going to burst >_>

Day off! Because I worked Saturday! Yay :D

I want to get my own Wacom. Ro's dad says I can go come get his back whenever I want to, but when I do get it I don't feel like drawing anymore. I've been wanting to get an Intuos 3 A4. Ro's friend Kevin has one (and he isn't using it to draw at all, grr, give it to me XD), and I tried it out and OMG. Yeah so I want one.
The cheapest I could find is €445,-, which is a lot of money since we're saving up for our own little place (though I can play the "€1450,- iMac Ro just HAD TO HAVE"-card when I really can't wait anymore XD).
I was thinking I could maybe make do with an A5 tablet then, which is over €100,- cheaper at €325,-. So I plugged in the old little A5 Graphire4 that Ro borrowed from Kevin to see if it would put less strain on his wrist and gave it a whirl.

Holy fucking agony. Seriously. This is what I did with it:

And it really really hurt. For about an hour of drawing o_o;
Also, the pressure sensitivity on this tablet kind of sucks, so blending is not really an option (not that I wanted a Graphire anyway). Maybe it's because I tend to grip the pen really tight when I'm coloring something, but still. I haven't had this much cramp using an A3 tablet. So small working space + frantic clutching of the tablet pen = hurt.

I'm going to get money from my parents this year in stead of silly presents, and I already know what I'm going to be spending it on :3

But it's ok because WoW is new and improved and I just got Eternal Sonata :D
and will probably get assassin's creed this weekend and then we'll have to buy another xbox 360 so we can play both games at the same time

Oh, and Ro's iMac is back! The new firmware Apple released today/yesterday seemed to work (we tested it by running the visuals of iTunes on it for an hour back at Polectro) so yay. Now he doesn't have anything to be grumpy about anymore XD
except that his account on the mac was called robinslabbers instead of just robin >_>

So I'm back behind my own PC.

Apparently Apple decided that it's a good idea to sell iMacs that crash when you make use of the graphics card for silly things such as, oh, I don't know, WoW or iTunes o_o
Will be making an angry call to Apple when I get to work tomorrow XD

Because €1500,- is a bit too much for a fancy aluminum paperweight

Ro just got himself an iMac! We couldn't use my employee discount because Apple sucks like that, but, still... I get to have his old pc...
