I recently sold a couple of my evolving items on Gaia.
I made a pretty penny too. They were early(sorta) generations.
One sold for 90,000 gold and the other one for 110,000+ I think.
After that I promptly got the last generation for considerably cheaper.
Long story short, I gained over 49,000 gold and two additional items.
I just have to wait for them to evolve again. No big deal.
I've been spending lots of my time on Second Life. I've got a nice
avatar and I'm learning more and more about building. Other than that
I've gained more friends through SL and I enjoy it quite a bit more than
browsing forums and chat rooms. (And IMVU fails hard) |

I've finally gotten the idea to bring the computer tower I've been using before
my brother let me use his lap top over here to my cousin's house. This thing is just too slow
and crappy. I can't even install Windows XP SP2 on it. Well I'll get
to bring it over tomorrow. I'll finally have sound over here. One major reason
I'm bringing it over here is so I can log onto second life when I'm here and have to spend the night over with my grandmother. Which I'll have to do tomorrow.. I don't like using ajaxlife.net to log into SL and then getting stuck in a loop trying to reconnect in the middle of an IM. I'll just have to be careful what clubs I go to so my Aunt doesn't see anything she doesn't need to. lol This also means I'll have use of many other programs that I don't
have on this thing. (or just simply can't run on this)
Seems like SL is considering allowing people to change their names.
I logged in today and got a survey. I wouldn't mind paying a "small" amount to
be able to change my SL name. Sure beats waiting for a name to be cycled in
just so you can make an alt that doesn't own any of your no-trans items.
They'll have to do something to help keep track of past used last names.
What if some one with the same first name takes your old last name and
causes trouble? I know IMVU has a feature that allows other people to view
a users past names. Maybe a viewable user ID number. I know you can get a user ID
number, but it's not easy like opening someone's profile. I know if they do
add this any time in the future it'll be locked to only those with payment
info on file. |

I downloaded some Daz Studio stuff today. I'll play with that some time tomorrow maybe.
I got a Krystal Fox model for it..
Anyways, now my lawn mower is finally payed off. I mailed the final payment in this morning.
I'll have $100 a month freed up now. Though to be honest it's going right on
my EEG bill and any up and coming doctor bills next month. On the plus side that means
they will be payed off a lot faster. I'm getting closer to spending money.
ZZ studios moved in SL recently. Now they're on the same sim as herm HQ. hehe
Not too far either.
FurryArtPile got a face lift. They're still working out the bugs though.
Like the one that ignores the fact I have the mature tag in my filters.
Artistic nudes don't need a mature tag any more and I can add the tag
which can't be removed simply by flagging a work. |

I've managed to help my SL viewer stay stable longer by not turning off the sky.
Seems to work though certain movements of the camera still send my frame rate diving.
I got to hang out with a small crowd at ZZ studios last night on SL. One of the owners was there also. I'm not sure how many owners that place has. Cindy was showing us this movie thing. It was basically a slide show with a story. An erotic one too. I have a couple of miniguns now. I was messing around with them for a bit. At one point I some how got the bullets to pass through every thing and travel to the edge of the sim. The bullets are set to physical so I don't get it. They even bounced back at me when I shot my friend's house. lol
They glow so it's like tracer rounds. Maybe I'll turn them invisible and put them and the script into some other object. So I can have an invisible gun. I just have to mod the scripts some so it doesn't animate the avatar or make sound. I wonder how using a ten meter sphere for the bullet would affect things. Maybe I can texture a flat 10x10 board as a bullet.
I could shoot skulls and other random stuff at people then. lol
I should browse my other animations to see if I can get more ideas. The pelvic thrust would work great. |

Seems like the only time I update this is when I'm at my cousin's house waiting to go over and spend the night at my grandmother's. heh
I have all of Wingless's avatars now on SL. I've only unpacked one of them though.
SL money has been slow for me recently. I've been saving up for an outfit to wear mostly at
the wilds. My SL income slowed at first when HC started going through new club designs.
When you have a big dance floor and they're dancing near the DJ at the center and your pole
is on the edge it tends to be hard to get tips that way. That and ravers aren't always
there to oogle strippers. I started to supplement a little with playing a game called shrooms. Too bad I wasn't good at it earlier on when MGHG had a few set out to play.
I was happy with getting L$12+ a day from it though on the one machine he had out in the corner that payed out every 12 hours. He doesn't have the shrooms games out anymore.
Now he gets banned for two weeks or more. So the group camping thing isn't active anymore.
I normally only got L$6 from it any ways. So tips are likely going to be my only SL income for a while. lol
I don't think I want to enter a tail sale. Last one I attended (watched) was a flop
and a total sausage party. |

Lately over here I haven't been able to log into Gaia pinball.
Today for some reason the Chocolate Skittles flash adds were "performing illegal operations"
After I clicked through all the "you are advised to close firefox" pop-ups The adds were basically gone and I was able to play some pinball again... I like playing it on this slow computer because the action is dramatically slowed down. That and the up arrow key isn't recessed from too much Unreal Tournament playing. I've wasted a few power ups because of that.
Not knowing I was resting my finger down on it causing me to use them up.
I have my interview for HPPM in SL this Sunday. I'm already in though.
I may be in the July issue. I seriously hope they don't shoot me with some
male model or some hideous looking herm. I've been looking into making my own sculpties.
After I read up on all the how to I may start putting my 3D experience to some use
making my own red panda avatar. I think textures are going to be the biggest pain though.
I just don't like how my current red panda head is mostly a sphere. Hair is hard to fit on it.
If it's possible I'd like to use the lower jaw from the bunneh avatar I got from Cheetah kitty with it. Just because it looks great and moves when you talk on voice. ^^
I just don't know what I'm going to do for a tail. I like how fluffy the Avenity fox style tails look, I just need one with my colors and shaped right. The current red panda tail I have is ok for now, but I still want to improve on it. |

As soon as all the servers for Second Life were running Havok4 I noticed
a very bad bug. Or so I first thought. As I noticed in a few sims before
I was near weightless or something like it. A bit of uneven terrain could send
me off into the air and only stuff that ignored gravity could help me.
Stuff like flying or pose balls. It turned out that a bit of flexi cloth
that I wore on my hair combined with Havok4 physics is what caused it.
I'm planning on getting some new hair so losing the cloth isn't a big deal.
At least now I have something that'll grant me lower gravity.
Not that I don't already have a way to fly in a no fly zone. XP
I may just try out making scuplties later. They're a bit limited, but that's reasonable.
They limit you to 1024 points/vertexes. (a simple cube would have 8. one at each corner.)
I just don't know what to make yet. I want to make a tattoo for my avatar's back, but
I don't know what I'm going to do for that either.
I now have a place set to home on SL. It's the HPPM mansion.
I've also been thinking of finding an SL-only mate. A friend took me to ZZ studios,
but it was quite dead at the time. I took a look around and found a spot for a tail sale.
They had a section just for herms/shemales. It kinda made me want to join one just for
the attention. I always remind myself that most if not the only attention I'd ever get would only be from males though. And paying to put an add up on the furry singles board would be pointless.
Other than that I finally got around to fitting my tail that I had linked to a set of bits
with a collar and glowing ring to match the one I wear without bits. |

Yesterday I had to ride over with my dad early in the morning.
It was still dark, but not very cold. On the way over we both get to see
a long streak of light shoot down quickly in the sky. Yay for "shooting stars".
After my mom got off of work I had to cut grass at the lodge. There weren't as many
leaves as there has been, but you could tell spring was on it's way quickly
with all the pollen on the ground. Yuck. It was my turn to stay over with my grandmother.
I've been starting to get the urge to do my own red panda avatar on second life.
The only thing that keeps that urge back right now is texturing, scripting, and animating.
The scripts I would use I can find, the textures I'm OK with making my self, but the animating
that I might need to do myself is a little harder. Only because I haven't done it before.
I'm already familiar with 3D animation programs. That and I already spend a lot of time
on SL just hanging out. I'll start simple though with just modifying the one I have.
I want to make this one have an operable mouth. Maybe I'll see about Frankensteining
one out of my Avenity fox. If I can I might take the scripts out of the head to reduce lag.
A lot of the times when I show updates I get maybe a few blue beacons and always a red one from the head.
If I can do the head right I might make a giant panda. I don't really care for the heads on the ones I've seen. They always start off with a sphere. I'll probably run into problems with
objects looking funny mixed with the human base head. |

Late last night I hear my brother coming in then leaving.
Turns out I didn't need to stay over after all... >.<;
More time wasted off line that could have been spent in the company
of friends on Second Life. To top it off I wouldn't have had to wait
till after 6(3pmSL time) to log on SL tonight if my mother hadn't made me stay. |

Maybe I should ask about actually bringing my brother's laptop over when I'm
staying the night here. Cause being stuck on this POS computer for a couple of days
really sucks. The food is great, but I have to wait to go online and go to bed early
because I have to walk over to my grandmother's where I spend the night when I'm here.
(reminder:I take turns spending the night at my grandmother's ever sense my grandfather passed a while back.)
I need to make myself some new avatars.
I probably could if I had remembered to bring my flash drive with me today.
Speaking of which, I noticed i was running low on free memory the other day.
You can blame that on Second Life snapshots and me forgetting to delete the install files
after installing SL. I guess this 1gig flash drive is starting to seem a bit insufficient.
Maybe I should save up a little to get myself a 4gig one, but I'm not sure if I'll
need that for the convention yet. |

I guess I just keep forgetting to use this thing.
I may be able to go to a UFS event down at Megacon or something this march.
Not sure if I'll have the money for the entry fee though.
There have been a few new players for UFS here lately.
That's good. Now maybe I'll have a shot at playing against a wider variety
of skills. and get more wins. lol
I'm having more fun on Second Life. I recently bought a new outfit.
Actually more. One thing has this transparent vinyl body suit and a harness as well as some nice gloves and leggings. The other ,made from the same person, has a halfway zipped vinyl/leather black half suit thing with a flexy skirt and matching gloves and leggings.
Then I got a cute hoodie. The hood attached to the spine node so I had to link it to my collar so I could wear both at the same time. You can see them in my SL profile.
Some of it anyways. I have a new profile picture and I took one of me dancing on a pole
in front of the Club HC logo for the picks section. |

I'm at my cousin's again. I often stay over with my grandmother after my grandfather passed.
I just wish the computer they let me use didn't suck so bad...whatever.
At least I've been logging onto IRC again. Seems I quit doing that after switching over
to my brother's computer to play Second Life. Earlier today I went through the recent uploads on furryartpile tagging a page and a half of works with the mature tag. I won the UFS Gen brawl last Saturday. I built a deck for him to run in next Friday's legacy format tournament.
I don't expect it to be great, but it has done well when testing it. |

Seems Hellcat sold club Serval.
I don't know how I'll feel about hanging out there any more.
HC sent me an IM while I was off last night.
He said I have a vehicle in someone else's parcel.
I hope that just means he found my hover thing in the same place as club serval.
I was trying out some free vehicles near the club and that one must have had some bad script in it. It started off moving on it's own. I finally got off and tried to take it back.
As soon as I stood up it sank through the ground. Before I could move the camera down to right click on it it was gone. I tried looking around even in wireframe mode. I hate when that happens. At least my pogo stick got returned.I certainly hope that thing didn't start wondering about on it's own. Sucks I couldn't be on yesterday and have to wait about 3 hours before I can go back on. |

Today I got to go up to kool Comics earlier than usual.
I was in luck because Andre had the promo version of J. Talbain in.
I purchased a play set, four, of them to use in my Talbain deck.
They were only $2 a piece too. I can run these in to stack with
the one I already use to have a max vitality of 33 and hand size of 9.
Not to mention the static ability to reduce damage, gain vitality, and pump the speed of all my attacks for the turn by 3. I added them into my deck for today's tournament.
I came out with one loss, one draw, and one win. Two games went to time before a single match was over and the other finished as time was called after the second match. I lost that one.
The first match I lost and the second was a draw. Over all my deck is running quite well.
It's easy to tell by how people regard my deck. it's been called the F(&$^ing werewolf several times. I'll probably get three more copies of my rare Talbain so I can run them in the deck instead if I want to start off with the promo version.
I popped onto SL later after I had gotten home. I've been enjoying my new blue fox avatar
from Avenity. I befriended one of the Club Serval owners a few days ago. She eventually surprised me by buying it for me. The avatar. When I logged on I messed up my short cuts.
I turned off the volume rendering instead of the grass rendering by mistake. It looked odd for a while. I thought it was being super slow to rez at first. After I fixed that I walked into
the club. It's a nice furry club. If you don't mind dancing furries on poles stripping most of the time. I walked into a birthday party. One of the owners was blowing rent money getting people to play the sploder game. I won nearly $2000 quickly. Lucky me.
I tipped the DJ $20. lol I'm a big spender.
I also gave $20+ to Pae so she could play again and maybe win some of what she lost back.
She played more than what I gave her and won only $6. She gave it back to me and I added it
to the next pot after i had already put in a hundred or so. I'd put in $100+ a game.
Some times I made money and others I lost it. I had fun. The owner that was blowing money
got a little too upset at a few people because he was going all in and wanting people to
go all in or not play. I don't know if he was really drunk or what. Comments had been
made earlier to that effect though I've come to notice that some times people
have items like drinks or stuff to smoke for their avatar. Then they comment about it
because the items are on an animation loop. I never went all in. Early on I only played
$20 or ten, but that was before he started the go all in stuff. After loosing a few hundred
I played 20 and maybe one $10 game. I got back to spending 100+ though quickly.
I just set aside $800 to pay back my friend. She came back during his fit
just before he left. She entered the pot after I had around $500 in it.
I payed her back for the avatar and then she won $422 I think. lol
She took down the sploder because of the hissy fit. I lost around 100 because she took it down seconds before it was about to pay out. Now I'm around $5-$9 under what I started out with for the night. What ever.I wish people could behave and use proper channels
and methods of discourse. |

I got to use my brother's computer last night.
SL ran great. I might just keep IMVU as a home page that I can put stuff on.
I'll probably make it a general looking site with sections for different stuff like SL, gaia,
etc. Stuff that I actually use. I'm only L$227 away from my avatar upgrade.
I spent some more time at club Serval and met some nice looking avatars.
I've tweaked my Talbain deck some. I now have two dragon cannons and three phases of the moon.
My attacks are a bit odd because it's block two now. I just need a couple more of dragon cannons and air backbreakers. I now have more damage pumps back in so it'll likely
play faster. |

My brother got the final piece to his new computer in the mail yesterday.
So, hopefully by the time I get home tomorrow I'll be able to use his
other computer that's much faster than the one I've been using. I'll be able to enjoy second life quite a bit more. I may even try windlight a little bit to see if it's worth it.
I may have to go back to the other computer my brother lets me use though.
He brings his laptop (the one I'll get to use) over when he stays here.
His new computer is a desktop so he's not lugging that thing around. I say all this because
he didn't buy his own monitor and will be using my 19"flat crt high definition monitor.
I'm a little over half way to getting my next SL avatar. I'm up to level two of
my membership to Divine desires club. I've been hanging out there mostly.
The times I've visited club Serval it was quite slow so I might only pop in
for a bit once in a while after I have my new avatar. If it gets the same amount of visitors
as Divine Desires I might hang out there more and try out to be a dancer there.
I have a good shot as a dancer for Divine Desires so I can easily have that as my first SL
job. |

Not really new...
One of my old friends from the old comic shop is going to be
showing back up soon. A while back I befriended two brothers who played
the same card game and were also very much interested in my art.
Now the younger of the two is going to be showing up and is going to try to get into
the game that I currently play. Cool! Another friend brought him by last Saturday
to buy some packs from one of the new sets. To bad for him that my brother had bought the remaining packs from the set he wanted before he got there. He'll be back when Andre gets more in stock though.
The Darkstalkers set seems to be a popular one. It may take him a bit to find some as most places are out of stock right now. My brother gave me six of the packs he got.
A Christmas present I guess. Out of that I was able to get a few good cards I need.
But back to my old friend.
Last I saw him before he was under five feet a bit round.
His VERY long hair and Asian facial features didn't help him look very boyish.
People would confuse him with a girl or would ask him if he was one. :p
That probably wouldn't be the case in a community populated with other Asians.
Now that I see him again after several years he's grown taller and slimmed down some.
His hair was shorter though. I have to admit the first thing that ran through my mind
when I saw him was my friend brought a girl. Although a few moments after, the thought of it being him did cross my mind, but I was still unsure about it until my friend mentioned his name yesterday. He still does have an androgynous look to him. Not that its a bad thing though. It could work out quite well for him in high school if he doesn't fall into one of those emo type crowds. I guess I'll have to jump start my re-entry into drawing again.
So I can bring some new stuff up to share with him. He'll probably get a few cards from me
when he starts playing. Who knows, maybe my promo cards I got from my pre-release.
Those happen to be titled "Here comes a new challenger" by the way.
My Aunt gave me some cash and a box of Dibs for my birthday today.
My birthday is on the tenth by the way. It was an early present because my younger brother's birthday was Monday. I'll be getting some cash from my grandmother today as well.
I already got a card and a bit of cash from my grandmother on my father's side.
It's not much though, but when I spread it out like that it sounds like I'm loaded.
It's going to take me a while to finish those Dibs. |

I've found out why I didn't get my starting Lindens on SL.
It's because I don't have any valid payment information entered.
Screw that though. Not getting a credit card ever, and don't have the money
for a bank account to get paypal. So I've been playing some lame games
to earn some SL money slowly. I also joined a group that I've been visiting
quite a bit.
In other news, I've finally acquired my first undisputed UFS tournament victory.
yesterday we finally held the Street Fighter pre-release. Though technically
it was only a sealed tournament because the set's been out for a while now.
We didn't have enough packs for everyone to have six so everyone got four instead.
And to make up the cost we got an extra promo card. I pulled the rare Alex and Gill.
I used Alex as my starting character and used all 40 cards even the character only card
that didn't match my starting character. My brother bought me six packs of Darkstalkers.
I pulled some nice stuff and traded for other stuff I need for my John Talbain deck.
I now have one Dragon Cannon. |
