The aforementioned zine (title to be announced) will be comprised of 17 parts, observations through keyholes kind of like chapters. I guess mescaline tea visions about 50% of each one will be individually handwritten and handmade. Honestly I know next to nothing about real zines. SAVAGE MESSIAH is the only one stillborn conversations I've ever bought.

I don't know how many I will make, if they will be limited (most likely), or in volumes handwritten notes, perhaps? It would be very cheap ($5-10 range). I would also include snakeskins, recipes for amplifying lifespans photographs and polaroids, CD-Rs, sculpey objects, found objects, and other ephemera.

I know I'll be considered a scourge in certain circles for this but I got the entire Coil discography online in MP3 format and it is mind-blowing. Singles, live albums, interviews, remixes, demos, the ELpH albums and Black Light District, everything. (No Throbbing Gristle, sadly, but that's another creature.) I had to transfer the whole thing in increments, there's so much of it. As much as I would want to own the physical albums, I couldn't afford it, and so many of the genuine articles (including vinyl) are difficult to find, even straight through Peter. I sympathize with both sides of the MP3 argument and there is no "right" answer. Anyway, I will be sequestered in my bedroom with my headphones making happy high-pitched noises if anyone needs me. \m/ SLEEP IS FOR THE WEAK.

Also, my Recoil discography is complete at last with the purchase of subHuman. "Prey" continues to be one sexy motherfucking song.

And I have a zine outline, but that's for later. Shhhh.

Toying with the idea of making a zine. I'm all prepared to abuse the copy machine and I already picked out a name, but I never finish anything, and my mind is waaAaAaAAAAaaandering, and so are my hormones.

The Incredible Hulk was very good! Mostly I am being shallow in saying that because I got Tim Roth hipbones, and that was really all I needed after this week. <3 He plays his villains with a certain oddness that sets him apart. See also: Rob Roy. I still want to see Youth Without Youth and Little Odessa, despite mixed reviews. And! I need to rewatch The Legend of 1900.

Rosencrantz: Do you want to play questions?
Guildenstern: How do you play that?
Rosencrantz: You have to ask a question.
Guildenstern: Statement. One - Love.
Rosencrantz: Cheating.
Guildenstern: How?
Rosencrantz: I haven't started yet.
Guildenstern: Statement. Two - Love.
Rosencrantz: Are you counting that?
Guildenstern: What?
Rosencrantz: Are you counting that?
Guildenstern: Foul. No repetition. Three - Love and game.
Rosencrantz: I'm not going to play if you're going to be like that.

I got some more things from the craft store, and if all goes as planned, I'll be throwing myself headlong into The Project tomorrow. I may get to see how my friend's foals are coming along too! :]

He sort of gets lost in the too-big nest I made him, but I think he prefers that, being a lonely kind of creature, and so very fragile. His name is "Nephie" and he's not a proper celestial being so there's just that fuzzy faux feather tuft clipped to him, and pearls and shells and lace and a chain. A jumble of soft things, shiny things, hard things. I cleared him a little space between my speakers, where it gets warm when I play music.
