( ALIEN 9: THE SERIES )
this FST centers around the second girl mentioned in the above paragraph. kumi kawamura is a bright, sharp girl who assumes more duties than what is necessary, but beneath this image of an independent, strong young woman reveals a child who has experienced more than any 11 year old girl should ever have to go through.
the soundtrack circles through 9 tracks that run through kumi's short story in the whole series: from joining the party, to falling in love (?!!?!?) and from breaking down, to ending it all.
note: the FST surrounds the anime of alien 9 only. the manga IS a lot longer than the anime and is overall a contination of the story, but both medias seem to take different paths, and the anime seems to end more dramatically, tragically.
