HI GUYSSSS!
Saturday was picnic dayyyy and since I slept late the night before, I had to sleep in and I missed everything except for DDR. Haha oh well, it was raining anyways =/ But YEAHH ohmyfruit, DDR. I don't know if you guys know, but I performed with a group of breakdancers here at UCD for DDR. There were two categories: modern and traditional dance. 1st prize was $1000, 2nd place $300, 3rd place $100 (for each category). Woooww we ended up getting 2nd placeee, but the thing is, NObody I know agreed with the judges decision because EVERYONE thinks the group that got 3rd place should have gotten 1st, and we only deserved maybe 3rd or 4th place. I believe so, too.
But ANYWAYYSYSSS it was so fun and I can't stop thinking about it. Here's a video of it on youtube ^^ I wonder if you can see which person is me lol. The camera had a hard time focusing because it was so dark, but nevertheless this is a pretty good vid of our performance. When the DVD of the performance comes out, I'll try to rip it and send it to you guys if you like =D

hiii its been a long timeeeeeee
I WANT KATAMARI DAMACCYYYYYYY NUUUUUUU!!! yeah iono, ive been wanting to play for quite a while (no time lately...too busy with stupid schooolll) i just got the OSTS from an uber cool lj community =D weee~ well i kinda only like some of the katamari songs, but its nice to listen to when youre going through katamari withdrawl.
i like the Katamari Mambo song. its my fave. lol
i wish i had a ps2...so i can buy katamari...and then play it T_T.. (ive just been playing it with my housemate's ps2 and her katamari game ^^..which is very great already, but she's moving out after this quarter! AHHH!!! no more katamari...T_T)

hiii you fruity people!!!!! =O wasabi?! i just wanted to say hi and stuff bc its been a while since i updated again. ummm right now im in sf. i came back last night from davis, but then im going back there again tonight x) i forgot lotsa important stuff here when i moved in last week =x
i have no internet in my apartment!!!!! T.T but! its okay because uhhhhh iono -_-; hahaha life seems so boring without net. that is so sad. it wouldnt be as boring if me and my friends could go to the ARC (gym place at davis) but NOOOOO. only students enrolled in courses CURRENTLY taking place can go to the arc! omg that is such a painful rule right now!! =( i was looking forward to going there!! ahhh@@_@__@_@_@ ppl said that you can just use someone else's card and go, as long as that person has a name the same gender as yours....but i dont know any girls who are in classes and can lend me their card!! T_T anywayss...@_@
im going to cheesecake factory tonight to celebrate the birthday of one of my housemates....im scared of the long line!! T_T im also scared of being bored!! i dont really know the ppl im going with. its gonna be with my current housemates, jessica and karen, and jessica's bf...and some other friends of theirs ive never met before. i dont even know jessica and karen that well yet. its hard to make conversation!! @_@ im scared -_-;
korean class teacher is super weird. she knows some jpn and some spanish. and during class, she'll keep saying stuff in jpn and spanish. -_- shes kinda energetic but likeee she goes off on tangents =\ and i wish she wouldnt because it has nothing to do with us learning korean! i mean, it doesss but its unnecessary stuff -_- like last time, she spent like 5-10 minutes just to tell us:
Back when i took jpn, the teacher had all the students learn roomaji first. *writes 'arigatou gozaimasu' on the board* like this, right? *looks at my friend, eugene, because she found out he knows jpn and stuff xD she keeps talking to him about it! and hes like 'why me?!!'* *continuing..* And thennn, after you spend time learning roomaji, you have to translate it into something else, right? what do the students translate it to? *looks at eugene* eugene unwillingly says, "uh..hiragana..." *teacher continues* right! so then you see, roomaji is like this extra step i do not want to take! when i took jpn, i said no! i refused to learn roomaji! when i took test, i write in hiragana! everything hiragana! and you know what? bam! i got A! shiny shiny A! so now, when i teach you guys korean, i do not want to take that extra step. we dont need it! i want you to learn this way, its better for you. we skip that step!
yes, this has to do with korean but.....i feel like it was unnecessary to talk about all that. i mean, its not like people were complaining about not learning roomaji o.O no one said ANYTHING about it. and she just started talking about us skipping the step. in those crazy moments my teacher has, i just feel so @_@...i wish she'd just teach us more korean instead of talking about other languages. eugene said 'this is not a korean class.....this is a korean/japanese/spanish class.....' @_@
but you know what? i kinda feel like if i were a teacher, i might teach like that too xD because i guess she really likes sharing the knowledge she has, so she puts it all out there without knowing that it actually wastes her students' time haha. oh well x)
these korean sounds are killing me! did you know that the korean G sounds like a K to me?! its because i wasnt exposed to the korean language enough when i was little, so now i cant distinguish the stupid phonemes and shiz T.T when i say it, i have to think esp hard to say it. and then when i do say it correctly, i dont even hear the difference. it sounds like a K to me. i have to learn the difference between stuff like

here are some pictures of that funny stuff that lea didnt laugh at bc shes a fruit who only laughs at stuff that isnt funny.
(mostly for zin^^): #1 and 2 are lea, even though #1's peacefulness does not match lea at all...she is #1 and 2 because of #2's weirdness. btw, i read it and its a BIRTHDAY PARTY and theres NO ONE SITTING AT THE TABLE BUT LEA! POOR LEA! HAHAHHAHAHA =D that makes #2 so much cooler now x)

hey all!
today i woke up uber later than usual =) thenn i turned on the comp and listened to music while eating a very unhealthy bowl of noodles. after i ate, i prepared to leave for school. i wanted to go get more ppl to sign my yearbook. howeverrr, when i got to school, the person i was SUPPOSED to meet (to sign my yearbook) had his phone off or sth..o.O i dunno. so i walked around and saw some ppl i knew =) it was melissa and...=x forgot who else. maybe it was pheobe. but YEAH. after giving melissa a good hug, i went over to find my japanese teachers. weee! got fukuda sensei to sign it, and then after giving HER a good hug, i went over to takemoto sensei. she signed with that kick-butt caligraphy pen of hers...*-* geezo, she wrote so nice with it!! so anywayysss, i didnt give takemoto sensei a hug bc..i erno. felt weird. but i told her 'nihongo o oshiete kurete arigatou gozaimasu' ('thank you for teaching me japanese') woosh~! she told me to remember to compete in speech contests while im in college xP and to make sure i visit her during breaks hehe.
so i walked around more and saw donald. and (finally) got him to sign it. oh yeah, and JEFF called me earlier while fukuda sensei was signing my yearbook, and said he was at stones. so yeps, he came over to school so i could sign his yearbook (finally). haha. yupssss so THAT was interesting, right jeff? lol my page is the coolest, huh? HUH? okayokay, it could be a lot prettier, but i only had those pens to work with! i wish i had highlighters..and...other..cool..stuff. haha xP
anywayyssss afterwards, i walked around with vince (jeff and the OTHER donald left). didnt know what to do, so we went to the journ room to get mrs. swan to sign my yearbook =) theenn we were stuck again and didnt know where to go. so we walked and walked. went to the orchestra room to see if ms. winter was available to sign my yearbook. unfortunately she was too busy (again). so i have to wait till rehearsal =( *Sigh* she'll prob be bombarded by everyone else though. aiyahh..
so THEN. me and vince waited for his dad..but i wanted to go to mcdonalds to get something from my new friend, the dollar menu. okay so its not really my new friend..we're more like...classmates..
...
so yeah, i couldnt decide which two (among three) to pick. McChicken, side salad, and/or hot fudge sundae. so then my neighbor aka vince told me to just buy all three. and im thinking 'noooo thats too much.' bc i had less than four dollars and i didnt wanna spend it all bc...if i spend it all then i would have to add more money to my wallet, risking me spending THAT money (im trying to resist using money, btw....i keep money out of my wallet in attempt to budget myself. it works! but each time i use up all the money in my wallet, i have to put more in so i have money "in case of emergencies"....SUREE...lol)
i bought all three items =P
weee. so we sat down and i ate. vince didnt want any of my food =\ so i had to eat while he...looked in his math book o.O hahaha. yepss..then his daddy called and so he left. pamela sat there all by her lonesome self, in an ugly mcdonalds...jp about the lonely part. but according to vince, american mcdonalds suck compared to the ones in hk o.O hehe.
so pamela finished her food. though she originally planned to leave for home, she decided to pay a visit to borders and read that manga she saw there yesterday. boy was that fun. ^^ so many ppl sat in the manga section..so she was like erm...and didnt wanna sit with them so she walked over to the ANIME section. twas empty =) yay for pamela. after reading the first volume, pamela was ready to go home so she put the book back on the shelf and left borders. for those who are curious, i was reading "Instant Teen" aka "Otona ni Nattsu"
duddeeee. today i kept bumping into emerson and jennifer. it was like 'alright byee' and then BAM, they were there again. lets seee. first i see them in the arcade. thennn we see each other again shortly after in the foreign language office. next we saw each other outsideeee (i think...) and then i saw them as i left borders. it was crazy! jennifer was about to get on the 17, but i rushed across the street to say one last goodbye (err, before we meet again on monday lol). ^^
lalala, next, i took the 29 with emerson. for most of the ride, we didnt say anything. but later emerson sat closer (after some ppl got off the bus) and asked about things like prom or college, etc. haha for some reasonnn i feel like today, my mind totally forgets about everthing else if im in a conversation. so i almost didnt get off at my stop bc i was talking to emerson. lol! that surprised me a little bc i wasnt even THINKING about when i had to get off the bus. it never even crossed my mind that i might miss my stop if i didnt pay attention.
oo got off the bus, and i saw my mom there talking to her friend, stella's mom. they were talking about....o.O i forgot what. college i think. yeps then i walked home with my mommy. on the way back, my mom said she forgot what school stella was going to..even though she was JUST talking about it with stella's mom xDD hahaha weirdddd. aiyahh..oh well. oh oh, saw my sister and her bf, edmond, outside our house. they were bringing our trash cans back in (i guess today was garbage day?) yupp.
thennn got homeee. started doing kumonnnn and daddy comes home. daddy and mommy talk about how WEIRD it is that my oldest sister cooked rice...note: she NEVER. EVER. EVERRRR helps out with house stuff. so this is like OMG WT!!! O.O. big news man. if my family had a newspaper, this would be FRONT PAGE! x) she was like 'sheesh, do you really think its weird that i cooked rice?' and my dads like 'i dont THINK its weird. it IS weird' funnyy. then my daddy said we're going out to eat dinner. HAHAHA and my sister was like 'wt...on the day i cook rice, he decides to eat out!! whats up with thatttttt' man, today just seems like such a cool day =) everyone's happy =)
dinner was cool. we were the only family in the restaurant...but that was already expected. during dinner, i talked to my oldest sister about many things. talked about biking at davis, anime, manga, majors in college, voice acting. it was really cool =) im officially inspired to look into voice acting. gotta do some research on it first though. to see how it is. omggg iono if its just this happy high mood that im in right now or if its real, but some of the things my sister said...oh man *-* lets just say my new dream (dunno how long itll last) is to become a famous voice actor who does japanese voice acting in japan. likeeee, they hecka wouldnt normally hire some chinese person to do japanese voices when they could just hire a native speaker, right? but i wanna become SOO GOOD that that that...its just like WOW. and become famously known as a chinese person who does japanese voice acting ^^ she said in america voice actors arent really famous, but in japan, they even have magazines that are just about voice actors! i wanna be famous *-*....big dream? yeahhhh xDD thats why i needa look into it more..hahhaa. before its OFFICALLY official.
if that doesnt work, i have other dreams ^^...hehehe
i guess this turned out to be one of those very long entries of mine, huh? =) i wonder if you guys enjoyed reading about my day. bc i sure enjoyed LIVING it. lol. oh yeahhh im not QUITE done yet. got homeeee, finished kumonnn, cut hair, washed hair, and thenn this! =) oh manzers, i dont think i mentioned how much i dont want to say goodbye to my friends T_T quite sad about that...=( i know ill probably be just fine afterwards..but for now...its like...AHHHHH NOOO NOT YETTT! this must be what most of you are feeling too, no?
aiyah, its about time i end this entry. im done with my day =D yay =) NO me unhappy that prom pics are coming so late! >=O no time to make reprints and give them to ppl. soo im not making reprints. and omg..how am i suposed to get the pics when there are so many groups. everyone would have to be there..or something. bc you have to distribute them after someone picks it up from the sao. AHHH HOW IS THIS GONNA WORK?! WHOSE NAME WAS IT UNDER?! @_@

i feel frustrated bc there are things that i cant do anything about. i think the past week was filled with too much work for me...even though that was my fault for procrastinating..iono, during the week, i had lots to do every single day. one thing after another, and some things i didnt even finish. at the timeee i felt just fine, and i was realy happy, but when it got to friday night, i just got reallyy stressedd. baah! and yep, after that was prom, which was great. but i dont really feel like going into detail with that..thats a diff story.
anywaysss, right now i just feel a mix of frustration, sadness, and stress. i know it'll pass, but b4 it passes its gonna be like @_@ well, not that bad. lol GEEZ why am i telling you guys all this? maybe bc...yeah. if i say the reason, itll be really weird. anywayyss. im a little happier right now bc austin said he wants to call me ^^ soo imma go now! i hope everything turns out good for everyone.

omg AHH! i went to that store on sacramento again today!! the place where they sell animeeeee and other dvds but but but yeah! (its called Sun Entertainment - between Grant and uh..Kearny?? or..i enro -_-) anyways, AHHHH guess what guess what?!?! i was loooking for something cool to buy..and then yeah...I SAW KONJIKI NO GASH BELL WHOAA! coolness! does that mean this anime really was licensed?? o.O but the dvd is still in jpn..so does that mean its imported? but its cheap. does that mean its blackmarket? im so confuzzled. oh well ^^ WOOHOO! konjiki yaayy i love thee....

ITS THE MOVIE! thats why i like it so much. bcbc bcbcbcbbcbc...i saw the episode dvds but yeah..ive already seen those and i think its a rip off to buy dvds that only have a couple eps on each cd..this movie couldve been a rip-off but eh, who knows. im just glad its not like..some boot-leg chinese one. bahhaha..im starting to like this store a lot o.O but blahhh=P yes yes, so the dvd actually has PICTURES and it does NOT look like its in bad quality=good good very good. and and omg i opened the dvd case and it has a PICTURE in the back yay its cool ahh okay well its prob not THAT cool but its still kinda cool ahh nmmmm!
