Well, I've booked in the details for my final farm prac. I'll be in West Brookton from the 10th to 23rd of January, two weeks with sheep and cattle. Will probably be back in Perth three or four days before then.
I'm sure there's a bunch of stuff to organise before then, so I'll be contacting people. *yawn*

I went back to school yesterday and stuck my arm up three cows' arses. And here I was thinking Perth would be nice and quiet and relaxing after Melbourne. XD;;
Beauty and the Beast on Saturday and Skye and Mirai's birthday party on Sunday. <3 I'm writing them into my Melbourne/Manifest/week of awesome report.
In cosplay news, my next year plans ARE IN SHAMBLES. I was so determined to do Haruhi (Ouran) next Wai-Con! And then Aly talked about Soul Eater and I just couldn't say no. I'm cosplaying Maka. *flail!* And zomg Sakura will be cosplayed FINALLY. With awesome group of awesome. *_*
I'm not even talking about my own individual projects and I've already accumulated fourteen group ones. WHAT IS THIS. But so looking forward to it all. :)
I have also agreed to dress up with a giant carrot on my head.

Hello all, especially the lovely new people I met in Melbourne/during Manifest. :3 Yeah, it's all been awesome.
It's also been the most eventful trip ever, I swear. Pictures/report must come later, because at this current moment I'm still in Melbourne, because I missed my flight back to Perth. So I'll be leaving tonight.
And that's really not the only thing that's happened. Everything that could possibly have happened has happened. XD
Oh well! Will post more when I get back to Perth. ;)

The immunology mid-sem has been pwnzed. About halfway I realised I could get a Distinction, when I tallied up everything I was sure of, High Distinction is a definite possibility.
Excellent. Looks like today is going splendidly! Maybe I won't have to kill quite so many herbivores.

Well, I feel rather good after yesterday's absolutely crazy study session. In case you didn't know (cos all the ex-Murdoch students on my flist haven't been around for a year or so), they did a complete renovation of the library, so it includes a 24/7 Learning Common. That's where I was. I also got to watch some of Emmys (on a muted television) and the Brownlow Medal, which was nice.
Very fruiful session, overall. I feel like I will pass if I take the exam right now, but I'd like to clear up a few things and go through a few lectures again. And have a good night's sleep.
I realised that I haven't actually made a post listing what I'm cosplaying to Manifest! o-o So I write list naos.

I'm going to be in uni for the whole night, and I'm not going to go home until maybe 4:30pm. After classes.
Chionging immunology. Which isn't half bad, because it's a subject I like. Tomorrow after a nap I'll finish most of my cosplay stuff.
Funny how time passes so fast, from months to weeks to days to hours and then I'll be taking my exam and running home to get ready to fly off to Melbourne...

I just bought boots for $3.80. ($34.99 from Kmart, cut to $8, with further 60% discount)
I weight 44.4kg (normally I weight 46.5kg).
I have Nunnally shoes and I can wear them for normal stuff as well.
I'm going to ignore cosplay today and study my butt off, because it's clearly AN AWESOME DAY OF AWESOME.
[Edit] And we have Lal Mirch for Manifest. Yeah, this day is good.

Hey everyone, I've done a translation. It has everything after you choose not to take Mukuro's hand (the stuff before that has been translated by someone else in the hitman_reborn comm), including the part after the credits.
Do comment if you want it. I must warn you that my Chinese vocabulary is limited and I don't know most of the names in Chinese, but overall, that shouldn't affect it.
(You can also comment if you want to see how crappy my Chinese is. XD;; It'll be nice to see how accurately/crappily I did it.)

Today, the 13th of September officially marks my third year in cosplay. I started in 2005.
I realised this late last night when I was poking around in my cosplay photos folder and found stuff from my first cosplay. XD;; Hinamori Momo from Bleach.
Incidentally, that was the first time I wore contacts (yes, I got contacts JUST for cosplay) and I changed my hair parting for it too (it's been on my left for all my life and since then, it's been on the right; BUT now my hair is growing and uncombed, it's switched back to the left by itself XD).
It's been pretty good. Okay well, there were ups and downs AND I AM STILL A N00B WHO DOES NOT QUITE KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON BUT THERE IS IMPROVEMENT HAPPENING SO RAWR.
More than anything, I'm really glad cosplay's been a way for me to meet so many friends. ^_^ I mean, obviously you're all talented, awesome and extremely good-looking, but there are lots of excellent cosplayers and people out there who I feel nothing for because I have not met them. I am very blessed to know you as friends, and I'm so glad that I can chat to and hang out with you. That's so much more important than the actual dressing up really. Friends before cosplay, o yea.
So... thank you. :) Thank you to the cosplayers I know. Thank you for being so welcoming. Thanks for inviting me to join your groups, and considering when I try to pull you into mine. Thanks for random "let's go out for pictures!". Thank you for purikura! Thanks for being so patient when I am n00bish and do stupid things, and for offering assistance and encouragement when I'm convinced the end of the world is nigh because MY OUTFIT IS NOT DONE/I forgot to buy something/I have no clue what's going on, even when you're stressing yourself. I am always awed by how impressive the cosplayers on my flist are; you're definitely an inspiration to me to keep trying harder and improve.
Thank you also to the people who don't cosplay but who are also involved, one way or another: the photographers, the people who carry my bags around during cons and photoshoots, who calm me down when I'm in a state of "zomg I look so horrible argh noooooo", who make my outfits for me because they're just that crazy and that awesome. XD You have patience and talent in amounts that cannot be measured. I should also say that you are also awesome and extremely good-looking. In case you didn't realise. u-u; Clearly you need to be dragged into cosplaying as well!
Seventeen outfits so far. Hinamori, Miho, Kaede, Yachiru, Asa, Misa (two oufits), April, Flute Girl, Soi Fong, Selingde, Ume, Ritsuka (another two!), Himawari, Selphie, REBORN. I didn't count Chrome because she was ghetto-ed liek whoa. XD;;
Anyway, yay for cosplaying, yay for everything, and I'm so looking forward cosplaying with you all, at Manifest, for the rest of the year and next year too! Whoot!

You, for being you.
Because I can read every single one of your entries, and you never miss a beat. Always standing up and doing what you love, sometimes you fall, but what the hey, you get up and grin all quirky like and keep going. You never lost you in the midst of it all.
I wish I could be more like you. I feel like I've rather gone off a lot of things in my haste to conquer everything. Cosplay? So unoriginal. Vet science? Not half bad really, which is a relief...
Sometimes I wonder where I went. What happened to writing? What happened to my Muses? What happened to dreams that didn't involve cosplay? Every daydream is another outfit, every nightmare is sewing incomplete, an exam unprepared for...
All anyone needs for cosplay from me is a cutesy little girl or boy. All anyone needs for vet science from me is that bit more competency. I want to be so much more than that. For myself.
God, what would I give to be able to dance in the rain again.
[Edit] I must confess this bit of emo came about due to my physiological appraisal being due on Monday. I'm probably not in THAT much pain.
