Ok, got back from LA on Monday and have posted the pictures.  At least once a year i try and see my best friend, who's doing a post-doc at UCLA right now.  Been friends for going 13 years now and she's pretty much seen me through ever crazy girl i've been with for all that time.. including the current and most crazy one .p

Rather than give a boring day by day account of what happened, i'm gonna give a few boring highlights of the weekend in no particular order.

so i found out yesterday that i manged to get one of my models sick.  damit.  i was worried that she was pushing herself.  next time, maybe i shoudlnt' listen to her when she says she's fine.  That got + and i talking abotu what is the balance point.  Cause on one hand we don't want to burn them out (or get them sick) and on the other hand, we don't want them to think that we are abandoning/forgetting them...

Just got a call from my best friend, whom i'm going to visit in LA next week.  She said her BF has a friend who's an aspiring actress and is interested in a photo session so she can beef up her portfolio.  Flying up to California to take pictures of a hot chick... man +son... you're right.. we do have a rough life .p

Main thing is, i have never met this girl before, i don't even know if she has seen my work at all.  going in that cold does make me a bit nervous.  what if they tell her how great i am, but things don't work out so well.  hopefully they can get her to email me ahead of time so i can at least have a litte bit of preparation of what i might need....

You know... i'm actually fine with the idea of LIMITED copyrights as per the constitution.  I'm fine with copyright holders having legal rights to sue for damages from violators.  I am NOT ok with copyright violations being considered federal felonies, wasting valuable time that the DoJ could be using to go after actual dangerous elements.  I'm even less OK with file sharers possibly beign put into Jail, because you know.. there' splenty of space in there!
