8:42 am	The Last Few years - The "Good Parts" version Let's see here, when did I last post anything of interest. Ah, yes, 2002. Seems so long ago when I look at the date, and yet, not all that long ago to my mind. Time truly does pass by quicker as you age, it seems. Now, getting on with it.. 2002 and the majority of 2003 passed with little of interest to speak of, save a growing hopelessness and resentment towards the world, my wife, and my situation in life. So, we jump forward to November, as nothing of real consequence happened the rest of that year. In November, I left my wife and moved back to my parent's house in Massachusetts. She and the kids moved to her grandparents in Kansas (they have a huge 4/5 bedroom house, whereas my parent's house was barely big enough for me, my brother, and them). I found a new job back east, doing the same thing (copier technician), but it paid almost twice as much as the same job in Michigan had. Things were going fairly well, I could send her $600 a month or so and still have plenty to live on, seeing as my bills were minimal. Life at my parent's house was fairly easy, I worked, went out partying with my friends, and usually spent most of Sunday in bed hungover as hell. I rediscovered many of my previous interests while there, such as the local music scene, and, more importantly, motorcycles. My dad has a 2003(mebbe 2002) HD Road King, and, well, once spring came, I wanted to ride. I spent a month or so bike shopping. I REALLY wanted a Harley, but with my budget, I could only afford a Sportster, and those are just too small of a frame for me to ride comfortably. So I eventually decided on a shiny new, blue and silver, Suzuki Volusia.
