eheheheeh!

I cackled out loud. Thank you, thank you, *thank you* for your reliably awesome writing. I love your Lex and even I feel affection for your Clark. And! I love that the final straw for Lex was Martha's cookie. A masterful stroke.

Alright, that story totally made my day. I grinned through the whole thing - poor Lex being driven slowly insane(r?) by flirty, college-Clark. One of my favorite things about your fics are always the little one-liners, they never fail to make me giggle. For some reason this:

Lionel disconnects, presumably making plans to call up one of his other sons and tell him about invisible pig farming.

Made me cackle aloud. Thank you so much for posting this fic.

I just loved everything about this story. It was beautiful and light. Even so often Lex's love for Clark needs to be requited in light and laughter. really nice.

I love the Ren Faire Hell circle details - so cute Clark running to Lex and blowing his mind.

I love this.

I really like all the detail - how Lex knows what the scientific instruments are for. And why Clark needs out of the dorm. But I like the textures even more than the detail - the glow of Clark stretching and how much Lex longs for him.

I had the most sucktastic day but this was a happy surprise for me.

So cute. I loved all the details. Perfect first time. Heh, Lex is a little slow on the uptake, eh?

I laughed my way through this. Thanks so much for the happys this caused. ;D

*hugs*

Sometimes, I just open my friends list and think, "Friends list! Entertain me right now!" And sometimes? My friends list does. This was one of those times. That was lovely, in the quiet, sure way all of your stuff is.

What a wonderful story! Jeepers, Clark practically had to hit Lex with a 2x4 to get him to pick up on the blatant flirting! LOL! My favorite line was His second thought is that he's not nearly far enough away from Smallville if he's still hearing about pigs on a daily basis Terrific! I loved it a lot!

This was *better* than milk and cookies. Even Martha's.

Clark radiates understanding and broad golden shoulders.

Yes!

Clark looks down at his green John Deere t-shirt. It's tight enough you could take an accurate rubbing of his chest through it.

Milk and cookies with nutella. And bananas. And, can I do the rubbing?

Oh, very my.

*happy sigh* That was so perfect. I loved the way you steadily built up the tension and the longing so that when Lex finally jumped, I felt as if I jumped with him. Absolutely gorgeous.

So was this the one you were trying to name? Because it did turn out adorable. Also, your summary is genius. I am in awe of your gift for perfect short sentences, like discrete chunks of wordy goodness, here, there, all over your story. Consider Fig.1:

Fig.1: wordy goodness from punk manoeuvrability.
The doors close. Lex stares at his reflection. There's a bald man holding a cranberry walnut scone. He sighs and takes a bite.

Bald man angsting with scone: on Lex, it's really rather hot. I... don't know how you did that, but I'm impressed all the same. Let us not mention barely-of-age Clark with the shoulders and the ice cream because spontaneous combustion was not supposed to be on tonight's to-do list. Work was. But this? This is much, much better.

This was amazing. It made me laugh, even when the unfulfilled longing from Lex was painful.

When I read this line:

In Lex's head, Clark's message sounds like this: "Hi, Lex. Is it okay if I come over tomorrow and drink milk in your kitchen without a shirt?

I knew I was in for a good ride, and this certainly didn't disappoint.

Thanks for such a great fic.

I'm a bit of a newcomer to the Smallville fandom; new as in my-obsession-is-barely-a-fortnight-old-and-keeps-me-awake-at-night-demanding-to-be-fed. Your fics were recommended to someone on my flist looking for Clexy goodness, and my gosh, daaaaahling, I love your work!

I'm at work right now, restlessly bored and fidgeting my way towards my coffee break. This slice of adorableness just made my morning - thank you!

Oh so so very good. Sweet and hot and happy, without being sickly. It's an ART you have. And I wanted Lex to accidently drop the scone and then pick it up and eat it anyway.

Thanks for writing this story, I really enjoyed reading it. Clark was a shameless flirt and really, bare chest drinking was a low blow. *G* (which I'd take any time any place) "I got thirsty." Yeah, right, *snort*.

Awww. Clark is a COCKTEASE. (These two sentences are unrelated, by the way.) I love it. (This isn't!)

What I like about your stories (apart from, you know, the overall total AWESOMENESS OMG) is that they always remind me of what I like about the characters. E. g.

Lex feels a rush of affection for Clark and his strange reliance on the printed word.

omg yes! And like, every time he has a problem he's all, "Oh, I shall read a book! It will help me Understand!" and it's all so goofy and adorable and earnest. Clark is such a superpowered teddy bear. Who reads! dawww.

And, uh. *wild gesticulating* I love it! Yay! Now I shall read it again. :D
