We have the plane tickets all taken care of now. :3 And Otakon emailed our confirmation numbers!!! My paycheck should cover hotels and Chloe's paychecks should cover everything else. We'll have mine waiting when we get home! ^___^

I'm so happy--all we have left to do is figure out what to do with the cats! Yay!

Otakon issue is still being resolved. Apparently all the Greeters want a vacation at the same time. -_-;

I'm dreading this weekend so much. I don't want to work three 9 hour days in a row! And I don't want to get there an hour and a half early every day! Fuck them, I'm taking the bus that gets me there ten minutes late. -_- I don't give a shit. Steven gets to come in late every day and they don't fire him, so they can deal with me having bus issues three days in a row. I'm not getting there that early for three days.

And if they try to call me in today, I will flip and possibly kill them.

I'm really not handling working all that well. I need a job closer to home.

Today I have so many things to work on, ugh.

Apparently, Patti fucked with my schedule AGAIN. Matthew is pissed off. >DDD I'm supposed to hunt him down immediately upon my arrival at work three hours early today. One greeter called off, and Julia's son got worse (he's in the hospital) so she's off having a family emergency. So I'm going in and picking up an extra $21.30 for my troubles since they have one greeter and they're only cart pusher is stuck on the other door.

So one of the CSMs, Patti, has been changing my schedule and Jimmy's schedule without even bothering to tell us that she's done it. Last week when I ran out of days, she was supposed to give me my schedule before I left. She didn't do it, and when I clocked out, Bill was the only CSM around so I grabbed him and we picked out my hours real fast.

He made the mistake of writing in pencil.

Monday I thought it was just a clerical error when they had me down 10-4 instead of 9-4 like Bill gave me. But yesterday Bill gave me a 3-11 shift... and Patti changed it to 9-4. Without bothering to call me or notify/ask if that was okay in any way. -_____-# She did the same damn thing to Jimmy. Bill and Barb pretty much said fuck her, I don't have to work her shifts. So I'm keeping what Bill gave me.

Today, I will hopefully manage to catch the front-end manager, Matthew, before he leaves for the day. I need to let him know what's going on so I don't take one look at that fucking bitch and go off.

Also, I need to talk to him about my schedule re: Otakon. Archie, the store manager, apparently thinks that "out of town" means, "I might, maybe be out of town this week," instead of, "bitch, I'm going."

In my case, it means the latter. So I have to tell Matthew that they can take me off the schedule for that week--I won't be here and they knew that in advance.

I'm not too happy with work this week, but I did get a bunch of notebooks for five cents a piece. :3 Woo!

Is this a cold, or sinuses? I'm losing my voice. .___. I hope they don't order me to go back home when they find out I keep blowing my nose, coughing... and oh yeah. That I can barely talk.

I think I'll take an early bus up so I can pick up some cough drops. Maybe. I can just get them downtown between buses, so I'll do that.

Waking up to a reply from Cid made me squeal and flail a little.

And I slept through most of the storms, though the first wave had me clinging to and crying on Chloè until I passed out. ^^;

Right when I left work, there was a short, impromptu but powerful downpour. I got soaked. And when I got on the bus it stopped. -_- Fucking weather. We're supposed to storms tonight, but I think the WC lies.

Apparently on Saturday, some lunatic tried to carry a boa into the store. ._. And another guy tried walking out of the store covered in meat under his suit. Kind of glad I missed that day.

Aim keeps dying. Saiga wants to die too, apparently, she won't fucking leave me alone.

And I'm hungry. Think I'll hobble to the kitchen and make food, even though I feel like just passing out or roleplaying. Something. I'll wait until somebody IMs me for it, I guess. I don't feel like being a bother.

90% of my flist today is all "OMGBATMAN" so I have nothing to read or contribute because hey, I don't get to go see movies. -_-

We won a free vacation from Choice Travel Centre! >w< We interrogated the lady thoroughly and checked them out online. If it's a scam, it's a damn good one. I don't think it is though, so all we have to pay is a $5 processing fee and the taxes on our hotel. *_* Once she emails me the list of locations, we're going to pick and use it for our anniversary! >w<

Forgot to mention what had me so amused yesterday. xDDDD; I saw two couples who FLOORED me. Why?

One of them looked SO MUCH like Tseng and Aerith. It fucking blew my mind. And then a guy walked in looking for speedos, ahahahahah! A little while later, I saw a guy who kind of looked like Lavi, and then who should come in and go out my door?

I wish I had a picture of them--they looked almost exactly like Vincent and Yukari, had a baby with them, and had a grumpy young man friend with them with long black hair who looked like he'd rather set the building on fire than be there.

It kind of made me day.
